And of course you can throw hippies to sea.
That ship is likely owned by a private business. That means, that it's off grounds. You can't just go there. You have to have permission. So if you enter that off limits ship, you can be thrown out. It's not the ships fault or it's crew's fault that it happens to be in sea. It's the hippies fault and they should have known better.
Even more so, when they invade it and try to damage the business. That means they can be clubbed in the head with anything the crew sees fit. It's not their fault if they happen to fall into the sea unconscious. GP has the choice, and they decided to attack in sea. So they accepted this possibility, and the head clubbing and sea throwing crew should get a medal
And of course you never know, thjey might be terrorists. THey can speak english, they can be westerners also. THey can pretend to be GP so no one would club them in their jaws. So that's a great plan IMO. So you better just waste them all, GP or not, just to be sure.
And GP or not, if they invade the ship because the evil ship is delivering food... the evil bastards... they should be dealth with the most extreme measures possible. That's like Adid's regime. They played with food also and they had to face the US military. I don't see why GP gets a brake.
So taking these facts into consideration, I have to conclude that GP is a terrorist organisation and affiliation to that group should be outlawed. It's not like these invaders were hungry and turning the food away. The hungry people wouldn't do this. It's the well fed, DDR jacket wearing dirty bra tearing feminist selfish excuse for humanity jokes that does this. Or ask the hungry people.

****, that ain't no real pirates. Now the South China sea, that's some real pirates. Dad told me that once upon a time, they raided a soviet vessel, so the soviets sent a warship there, and also filled their merchant fleet there with commandos. Also, he'd always get Assault Rifles when sailing through it, on Israeli ships. Some dangerous stuff.
Still, personally, we don't have enough pirates, these days. Imagine, pirates cool enough to face the world maritime forces!

Something I was going to say for myself. If somebody enters your boat (with another boat) without permission, of course you can throw them off your private property.

Piracy? Yes. Twenty years in prison? No. Punished and fined to a lesser extent? Absolutely.
Kind of reminds me of a funny/cool/pathetic story the Canadian military pulled a few years back. We had a good chunk of our military equipment (vehicles, etc) on a private cargo vessel returning from Bosnia, IIRC. The owner of the ship hadn't paid the crew due to some dispute or another, so the crew stopped the ship dead off the coast of Canada and refused to take it to port until they settled the issue with the shipping owner. The Canadian government tried to mediate, but neither side would budge. Eventually, we sent out some armed naval personnel on a helicopter, took over the ship and forced it to dock.

Um......... did any of you actually read the article?
They didn't seize control of the ship, they just chained themselves to it. They refuse to leave until the ship turns around. I can't believe anyone would consider that piracy. Trespassing, certainly, and probably some other minor crimes, but nothing like piracy. No threats, no violence, no force. Just hoping that their insistent presence can effect change.
Criticize Greenpeace if you want to, but don't lie about what they do.
