Yes I found that one at FOTW as well, I started rendering it out but then decided against it as it was never an official flag of the empire.

Here she be, the actual Union Jack and our ornimental flag. What the heck are you doing with all these flags I'm making for you? Are you making scenario's that are simply yet to be released or are you just updating already existing scenario's?

I have to warn you, mix flags and shields in general don't look to well, and those combinations you put forward are no exception.

I'm also pretty sure I've made up the Ethiopian and posted it on this threat, as well as severl takes on the French flag.

Its just that mixed flags look so unatural and often make it hard to reconize the flags of the nations they represent. My advice is to come up with a design for a flag to represent both nations, like Curt has in the past in scenario's like Kaiser and Soviet Steel.
Trust me, it will look a great deal better in the end if you use a single flag to represent an alliance. Either that or use only one of the nations flags to represent both.

Okay, here is the little flagset I cooked up for ya. I have afew notes however:
First, the OAU and AU are both abreviations for the Afrian Union from what I've found. Second, Henry the Navigator sailed under what is today the modern flag of Portugal. Third, I couldn't find a reference for Mohammed's palm green war banner. If you know of such a reference please post it on the thread and I would be glad to take a crack at it.
Also, I threw in the first version of an Allied WW2 flag which we discussed earlier.

If anybody out there has a suggestion for an allied WW2 flag please feel free to post it on this thread. To my knowledge there was never an official allied flag, but I have been wrong before and there may have been an obscure flag used on occasion.

Hopefully before the new year I will have completed my grand project... the flags of the world. They will be posted continent by continent in random order. After that, the flags of the American Revolution, US-Mexican War, Civil War, First World War, Second World War, Korean War and Vietnam War.

Hmmm.... that is a good idea Martin. If I am to compile them all into a single file however it would be after I have introduced the individual continent's, just to make it convinient for everyone to download at once.
Rest assured, by this years end all the flags of the world will be ready. And thanks for the compliment Curt, a good word from you carries an awfull lot of weight.

Well, if Antartica has a flag then I suppose I could include it as its own continent. Though I don't see what scenario could possibly use it.

No it hasn't. The black-yellow-green are the colors of the ANC (as you can see in the flag above it). The ANC was the party of Mandela, you know...
