	OFT Game - Edition #2 Increase the size of your Attachments

Since Troll had to 'drop out' of our first OFT game and since I'm certain this concept will find more followers here is now the second edition of the OFT (One Free Tech) game.

The concept:
Each player gets one free technology, to be chosen among all advances within the first few turns of the game (configurable). The idea is from me, the scenario has been implemented by Hatschy with help from J.Bytheway.

You can find the first edition here.
Hatschy is moderating that one. After Troll's sudden death the remaining players are Protoss72000, FlameFlash, J.Bytheway, Dimytes and myself.

So far, i plan to moderate the second edition myself. I suggest we play with 4 players this time, to get the game moving fast on the one side, but keep it interesting regarding competition and diplomacy on the other.

This is the semi-randomized play order for this game.
("Semi" because i wanted to put both europeans and both americans in a row respectively to maximize turn flow.)

2.) Dimytes (Sweden), Sir Dimytes of the Vikings
3.) EPW (USA), EPW of the Persians
4.) Troll (USA), Trollius Augustus of the Romans

Moderator: Mathemagician (Germany)

24 hours until resend
24 more hours until nexting
(plus any time i need to realize that either one is due; which hopefully won't be that long... )

And don't forget to CC your every turn to the moderator !

correction ! each player can configure these things himself. no need for the starting player to choose anything for all players.
