I researched techs 4 AND 5 last turn. I should have another level of tech.

Actually, Frozzy has more gold than that if we go by the map. He has 6 cities, afterall.

Taxes happen at the END of a turn - so the revolution got rid of your taxes that turn. It doesn't get rid of your taxes this turn.

Okay fair enough, I missed that change (Probably would not have gone for the acrop, especially what I paid for it). But, my trade dollars (and perhaps everyone elses) are off.

I had 10 gold left on last turn and my cities netted me 60 for this one. that is 70 but my trade is added??? I counted that money and cost last turn and I was the trader. Smiley should have gotten the gold, not me. GC please check this, I know that it is a lot, but this is Smileys complicated rules afterall.

Not sure I need to send in orders (as Vovan gifted the money to General Ludd before I offered to take his place), however if this didn't happen because i took over, I wanted to sent in orders and not hold up the game.

Either way doesn't matter to me, I look forward to next turn either way

One request however, the tech list just numbers the techs and gives the cost and what it allows, but not the name, yet Gamecube (and Smiley I beleive) refer to techs by their names (Monarchy, Architecture and Geography for instance). I looked for the names in this and other threads, but could find it nowhere, might help if this were listed in the Rules at the start of the thread?

Clarification on using spies on the trade phase, the spies destroy caravans made by the target player, but they still get full income from other people trading with them, because that is part of the income phase.
