Interlude: the return of Ljcvetko

Some time ago, Ljube's time on the galactic stage seemed to have come to an abrupt end, when he lost his fleet to Gamecube and his bases to Smiley.

Emperor Smiley recognized there was a greater prize than the bases though, whose incompatible technology (to begin with, their citizens operated on -tko hours) only yielded a couple of extra battleships a round. That was the grand strategist General Ljube, now appointed as the Supreme Commander of the Offtopic Army.
