For some reason unbeknownst to me, it would sometimes set my forum style cookie back to Default. I have it set to Light.

Have you set it to Light style using the control panel or using the main forum page? Using the main forum page only temporarily changes your style, once your cookie is cleared it defaults back to whatever is set in your control panel - default by default (pun intended ).

I'm not sure if this is a suggestion to be added to the "To do" list or just a complaint.

Often a page will not load correctly and the "rating" (with "votes" and "average") does not display properly for me, resulting in a messed up page.

If this were a useful function not always working, I wouldn't care, and would live with it as something that is usually useful, however in the case of the "rating" of threads, I have never noticed anyone use this feature, and if it were eliminated (and the display problems with it) it would not be missed in my opinion.

(besides, does having a "rating" use of valuable server space??)

Fix the upload service I was never able to upload anything, since the introduction of the new one, well actual so much time has passed that it isn't new anymore.

When I right click on a link attached to a post and select "save target as" in firefox, it would always count as if I have downloaded the file twice.
I am seeing this constantly in the PBEM threads.

Why is this counted twice?

Change the code for the smiley so that it becomes doitnow instead of doitnow!.

Since the "!" is redundant anyway and many people forget to put it, requiring annoying edits, I think it's a good idea.

Heck, you might even save some bandwidth by reducing the number of edits.

I have a serious request.

Can we please have some more themes? If you don't want to design them, Markos, I'm sure there would be lots of volunteers if you started a thread.

I use the gray theme as I can't stand any of the others (the MOO one is particularly horrible), but it would be nice to have some cooler looking ones. Something in a nice blue/gray would be just the ticket.

When posting forum messages, if you specify an image to be uploaded and then click "preview reply" you need to specify the image again.
