I have a few things to say about Bush's win.
1st: I wish to collect on my election wager. I bet that Bush would win and Jaguar now has to wear a Lenin avatar. I will let him choose it, but I reserve the right to change it, if it is not communist enough. He also must insert "pwned by Agathon 2004" into his location field. A bet is a bet after all.
2nd: Americans have made themselves look like the biggest retards in the history of democratic politics. No-one else is going to take you at all seriously now (not that many did before). You can kiss help in Iraq goodbye for good, and I don't know how many people will be really that keen to help in the war on terror anymore. If you get attacked again, very few people elsewhere will really give a ****. I know I won't. I only hope that the terrorists spare the people of New York and Washington, who had the sense to vote for Kerry.
3rd. If you are black, poor, a women, secular or a homosexual, your life is going to suck for the foreseeable future. If you are a combination of the above, you better move to Canada or Mexico.
Anyway,
I know I predicted it, but I still can't quite believe that you actually elected the doofus.
So thanks for the laugh of the year.

That's a big problem. Ohio and Florida both could have gone Democrat if the young people bothered to vote. |
The problem may be is that they dont know what to do to vote. I heard form someone who was working the poll at my University, and most of the votes cast there were provisional because they did not even know if they were register to vote.

It may not be over yet! Ohio is saying that counting the votes will take until 2 AM, and the Kerry camp estimates that Bush's lead will be about 50k at that point. HOWEVER, there are 250k provisional ballots yet to be counted!
Some stations have moved Ohio from the Bush count back to "too close to call". Could this be Florida 2000 all over again? |
Well he still has a 130 K lead with 90% precinct reporting...
It hasnt gone down for a while...
We will see I guess.

No way. Bush is up more than 120,000 and most of the votes still to come in are from the conservative counties in the southwest. If anything I would expect Bush's lead to increase. I don't see how they could possibly get it down to 50k.

fox calls ohio and alaska bush, but brit hume looks so uncomfortable with that call he appears to be about to puke. now fox news is holding off calling nev and nm which most certainly go bush so they dont have to call bush prez when they know that ohio is too close to call. |
Bush has a 100,000 vote lead in Ohio with 92% of the vote counted, I cant see how Kerry can win Ohio now.

I agree...
New Mexico is actually much surer Bush than Ohio at this point, but they dont want to take the big step...

The only close states left are Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada and Iowa.
