	The MADNESS!!! Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

This is the turn tracker thread for the Guiness 2-a-day game we started because it was a crying shame that Paddy wasn't playing a 6p2aday style game. Also was trying to think of a game that I could start that Beta wouldn't play, allowing me to nearly catch up to him in game totals (although it was a near miss, and is where we got the name for this game ...

Rules: Normal PBEM rules (not IC), please don't have contact before you see in-game, please let people you attack know what you killed, please don't trade maps etc. before in-game, please don't use any "exploits" like teleportation or war with an ally; other than that, just be nice

Play your turn 2 times a day during your 2 hour slot, if it's available to you by the beginning of the slot. Please post that you played it and sent it on, but not posting doesn't give the next player a remit from not checking his/her email.

Restarts: I frown on them mightily, given what i've played with in the past. No restarts based on civ choices please - i'm going to suggest that if anyone does ask for a restart, we keep civ choices set. If you ask for a restart, however, I reserve the right to make you Korea ... (just kidding). Anyways, if you have a need, ask during the first turn. I expect to see a screenshot that shows all marsh, jungle, and mountain.

And don't forget this is played with the AU Mod 1.06, which means it's a bit ... different ... than most games.

rofl, i presume you mean email. I'm not sure password PMing is in the rules Sadly, Ljube is the only one of you that i'm not in another game with, and/or didn't already post email. (I'm in nearly as many games as the Padmeister, well, half as many anywho which is a lot ... so i have a quite large CivPBEM section of the addy book

Yeh... i think we'll see a Dutch World Order pretty soon.

What version of armies do we have in this game.. the 1 unit bonus HP version from the last AU game, or more regular?

I believe one unit armies. AFAIK we're using the latest official mod, which is V1.06. No sub or new cavalry changes.

What is the point of having this AU mod then? The way I see it, it's only made for the benefit of the AI and there aren't any AIs here.

There are a number of changes that also enhance human gameplay.
