I'd say you are wrong. The controlling factor is the amount of sex with the same partner; that means married fundie couples can still get bored in the bedroom. Those guys' problems, like many couples who have dated for a while, is the lack of variety to keep things interesting.

They need to try some role playing, go on a romantic vacation, buy a few toys, do it in new and interesting locations, believe it or not talking more helps too, as does not just doing it for 5 minutes right before bed. Don't be boring and predictable and your partner won't be bored with you.

I agree, but a contributing factor to the boredom is treating this as just a recreational activity, to do when there is nothing better to do.

And I find it interesting, that Flubber, with a kid, does not find it as boring as those without.

Still, I'd bet the rate of sexual bordom isn't all that much different between nonmarried but sexually active people and married people. I doubt there is much of a difference at all but if there is a small difference the people with new partners (i.e. the nonmarried ones) are probably less bored.

As for the difference between married and unmarried partners, I'll bet it's more enjoyable with the married partners, just because they usually have to wait before they get to enjoy things, and then afterwards, you can start to get good with each other.

I really think there's something to be said for anticipation.

It probably looks like a childish troll, but I have a point.

But I was thinking yesterday. Why am I here playing a computer game when I can go out and have sex? Yes I'd have to pay for it. But sex is sex right? So here I am playing everquest 2 when I could be having the time of my life. It's not like I don't have the money. Why then?

Part of my reason is laziness. The other part is social anxiety. I just don't like going outside (unless I'm hiking/camping). Being in public has never been something I like to do.

Sometimes I think I have given up on women. But I doubt that is true. If it was, I'd probably have killed myself by now. I still want a girlfriend. But I have given up on looking for one. I can't talk to women, this cannot be changed. This will always be the case.

computer games are my escape from reality. A way not to face my problems. I have faced my problems before mind you, I just wasn't successful. I suppose you could call me a quitter.

hmmm. I don't know why I reveal so much about myself on online forums. I would never tell anyone this in real life. It's funny how the internet is.

It will work, but remember that they have to see you ignoring them. This means you have to mix it up a little bit, and can't just camp in your apartment / house all of the time.
