Arrian I believe it is relatively easy to avoid the insults. I just ignore them as I always figure the need to resort to them highlights the weakness of the argument.
I don't go away since I would like to see kid actually set out his ideas instead of crying "exploiter" or " I'm a victim" with the first tough question

well if it was just us, whoever was the harder worker with better fitness and better survival skills would probably end up being richer ( ie in possessions and assets valuable to continued survival). Again neither of us is "better " than the other, just one of us has more "stuff".
With most other people on the planet, I could probably find a way to co-operate for mutual benefit.
