Just got to the game. I can see Byzantine Republic is in peace, that is a good thing. I wonder what chance do we stand for completing Sun Tzu's Art of War? Spanish and Americans are building it. We could use some Wonder of the World.

Great work.
Peace, at last. Now, let's get to some serious building, shall we?
650 AD
- Switched research to Theology. The plan is to get technology the others don't have yet, and America doesn't know Theology so far. Later, we will go for Education, to make use of the Scientific treat (cheap Universities!).
- Babylon buys Monotheism from us, for 33gp, and 16gpt.
- Switched some builds.
- Research down to 10%. Need some cash.
- Some Mines will be turned back into Irrigations. With many Hills and Mountains around, we need lots of food to work all available tiles.
660 AD
- Spain buys Iron from us for 180gp.
- Courthouse rushed in Chalcedon. This will be the site of our Forbidden Palace. In C3C it is important to get the FP up fast. Unlike PTW, it really doesn't pay to wait for a better location.
670 AD
- Spain has the Sistine Chapel now.
680 AD
- Sign Right of Passage agreements with everyone. Let's see if it will keep them Inca off our back...
690 AD
- Science to 40%. Theology in 8 turns.
- Incan troops pass Heracleia. Apparently they are not going for us.

700 AD
- Join one Worker each to Nicomedia, and Bursa. Those small cities have good production. They will make Courthouses no, and then they will be used exclusively for troop training.

- Theology in 7 turns. America doesn't have it yet...
- Renew luxury deal with the Babylonians.
- Renew luxury deal with the Inca.
710 AD
- Joining a Worker to Chalcedon. Temple in 1 turn, Forbidden Palace in 18 turns.
- Spain and the Inca sign a Peace Treaty.
720 AD
- America now has Theology. Oh well, we should get them with Education.
Just after half time. Here's a look at the empire, 730 AD:

740 AD
- Sumeria, and the Inca sign a peace treaty.
- Lose the Spices deal with the Inca. They wanted too much, and we don't want to feed their research.
760 AD
- Join another Worker to Chalcedon.
- Theology in a turn.
770 AD
- Egypt buys Theology for 7gp, and 9gpt.
- Babylon buys Theology for Invention.
- Advanced nations have Education, and Printing Press already. America doesn't have Education yet...
- Education in 9 turns (20% luxuries, 40% science, 40% taxes, 69gp, -7gpt).
- The Inca take Helipolis from the Egyptians.
- The Spanish begin building Copernicus' Observatory. This means they have Astronomy now.

790 AD
- Get two American Workers from Egypt for Invention.
- Sumeria buys Iron for 29gpt.

And that's it for now. The Courthouses should help a little in the log run, as will the Forbidden Palace. We can either catch up technologically, or get a bunch of Knights and fight the Inca. Doing both things would be very hard, IMO.
Here's the land, 810 AD (unmoved):

Our culture is probably the fastest growing. What is even more important, Incas are decreasing compared to other nations. Considering that recently conquered Egyptian cities are closer to our capital than Cuzco, there is a chance they will depose to us.
Are cultural conversions on?
