Yup, gotta taste them.

I was quite disappointed by the year 2003 : the babies were way too crunchy, and the taste was definitely not delicate - might as well eat some McDonalds .

I can only hope 2004 will be better. I doubt the Palestinian babies will taste as good as the 2001 ones (yum!), but the quality will hopefully be better nonetheless.

No, because everyone knows (excluding Iranians apparently), that the heart must be the same size. You can't put a different size heart to a person. That's one reason why finding a heart isn't a simple task, it's not just 'a heart is a heart damn it go find one'.

So they use little baby hearts, they need to stich them together to make one big heart for the president. And they need to have few spare hearts in case few of them go bad in the process, I mean what is the point of stiching 5 hearts together to make one single heart if one of them goes bad, that's wasting 5 hearts.. no you need them spare hearts.
