What feuds? The only one I can think of is DrSpike versus everyone else.

Doc, well, he was making a house call up at the Skank's place a second time, and this time, there wasn't even a sentry. And so the base swapping continues...

Net result: Doc loses 1 captured base to Kassiopeia.

Gamecube launched a sudden strike at Sparrowhawk, who, unlike Hercules, did not raise shields.

But Sparrow hollared some gibberish in his native tongue that roughly translates to "My fleet is my shield".

Gamecube merely gave the bird the bird as his horde of lasers blasted Sparrow's lasers almost two to one.

This is hardly the best of 'em.

After a disasterous opener that cost Sparrow almost all his lasers, his fleet regrouped and sent forth fighters.

Although Gamecube's ships were close packed and kept Sparrow's fighters at bay, his torpedos were all shot down, and some three frigates were destroyed as they attempted to retreat.

Gamecube struck with lasers again, but this time, Sparrow held his ground, er, space. Unleashing a barrage of torpedoes, he kept the Cube's gunners busy.

Gamecube's torpedoes struck again, this time at Sparrow's decimated laser fleet, putting an end to the big birds. But the damage was no relief to the Overlord of the Cubic Space- he was now out of ammunition.

Just before Gamecube could engage the warp drive, a parting gift of torpedoes slammed into his fleet, wiping out most of his accursed lasers.

With that, Sparrowhawk's defense of his home bases was achieved, though at a steep cost: a third of his fleet was destroyed and another carrier needed repairs.

And now, the big slugfest of the day: Ljube and Paddy the Scot throw their entire fleets at Moron.

From the onset the battle looks one sided: Ljube and Paddy outnumber Moron two to one. But, we're playing with lasers at close range, so anything can happen.

The opening blow is indeed vicious: Moron's fleet sat still as Ljube and Paddy's armada dealt critical hits to every single one of his vessels, four times over.

Although crippled, Moron's fleet returned fire. Still, even on lasers alone, Moron was outgunned and took even more damage, if such a thing were possible.

As his ships began to explode, Moron ordered a final ramming attack as his ships charged into Ljube and Paddy's formation, lasers blazing. The resulting conflagaration was mistaken for a supernova in nearby sectors.

When the dust was cleared three of the mightiest fleets in the galaxy were now space junk, save for a lone badly damaged dreadnaught flying the Scottish colors.

Paddy's ship quickly beamed down troops and occupied Moron's three homeworlds and four colonies.

Just then, Jamski and Joncha's combined fleet dropped out of hyperspace. Seeing no signs of the Moron around though, they opened hailing frequencies, said a few words, and returned home.
