Just got a plea form the Morgans wanting to ste-up a tech leap frogging plan with us.

I would nicely say no or find out what they have to offer and then let them know it is not enough in our view.

I think so.

What are they currently researching? If it's something of low value to us but we have it, and they could then switch to something of higher value we could trust them this once, but if they burn us they won't get any more diplomatic or tech help from us in the future without a 1for1 trade.

The Spartans have the ability to make their units go further, with there high moral, now not only do they have that advantage but they have better units as well.
That is why it is IMPARATIVE that we enter in a tech leapfrogging agreement with you and the Gians, I hope you can see the importance of this agreement.

Like you we want it in peacefull hands instead of the Spartans.

With the DA already ahead in tech advances a ecs for tech to increase out instabuild is how future relations are looking.

It refers to OS since I do not want to tell M exactly what we are doing.

This would give them some info and a ditection to trade with us and still let us have some secrecy about what we want to do.

We kinda feel, that energy credits would be a good compensation. How about 200 EC? After all they bath in energy - they are monopolistics.

Be careful no to mention any "estimates" what part of their income per turn it is. They are probably not sure if we infiltrated them or not.
