When this first came up I thought like Giancarlo and assumed he was obviously guilty. But the more I hear about his accusers and reading about the case has raised some considerable doubt. If the jury is getting the same information I predict he'll get off. Reasonable doubt and all. These cases can be hard to prove and it usually comes down to credibility.

I hope it wasnt me that got personal Im sorry if i did. Im not a kiss ass but I dont want to break any rules either. I simply stated my opinion of MJ' s guilt or innocence. And the fact that the kid doesnt act like he has been molested.

I still think that M.J. is not guilty as of yet. Yes He is a freak yes nobody agrees with his life style. However everything that has been stated would already get an aquittal out of me.

I don't think MJ is guilty, as of yet, either. I think those kids are just mad because their parents didn't pimp them out for more money, so now they're reneging on their parent's contracts.

I think it's more of a reasonable doubt issue.
If they allow all the previous stuff on the accusor's mother, it's going to be tough for there not to be some reasonable doubt. I think that's what most people are basing their opinion on. The only damning thing that i've read is that the kids know some details about his anatomy. That is still far from conclusive evidence. Heck, you could probably find out some of that through web searches. Most types of physical evidence will probably be explained away since it is his house.

I think it's all going to come down to how convincing the kid is on the stand.

Point understood. At any rate I'm going to wait for all the evidence to be presented because I don't know anybody who has access to all the evidence... except the district attorney's office.

My problem is...

Jacko is a freak
He is a nonsexual oriented guy
He is so strange that he just thinks he is a kid and wants to relive it
He tries hard to be normal
None of the kids don't come until later
Jacko idolizes kids and their innocence

really it comes down to motive for me.

Why would he do this? It has nothing to do with his psychosis, he wants to be a kid. Destroying the innocence of a child requires anger, vindictiveness... something I have not seen yet.

He is guilty of sleeping in the same bed with a kid that is not his own. He may have cuddled and kissed them as though they were a puppy, but nothing more IMO. His intentions were not the same as sickos... the kids are just being brats.
