I can never forgive her for the time an American POW nearly tortured to death. This guy had been beaten and tortured until he got on camera and said how wonderfully treated all the POWs were by the NVA, he later was taken to see this ***** so he could repeat the story to her in front of the cameras. He had written a secret note some how and when he shuck her hand he pressed it into her palm. This whore, read it & how it explained he and his fellow POWs were tortured, and then she turned it over to the NVA. The POW was nearly beaten to death.

I hope she burns in hell.

We tortured the Vietnamese too, which doesn't make what they did right. Still, we were the invaders, the aggressors, the outsiders. We were the badguys. We don't have any moral ground to stand on.

If not true, then .. I don't know. I'm not any kind of author, I didn't live then, I'm not American etc. I wouldn't say protesting against war is being a traitor, I wouldn't say, that even asking sympathy for the enemy is being a traitor, but then again there are limits how far you should go doing it. Should you go into that country, pose with your enemy and smile, if they aren't exactly boy scouts, and we do know what gang they represented so they were not TOO good to be smiled over like that. So yeah.

But if that story is true, I must say that is being a traitor, and TO PUNISHABLE DEGREE! That is not only letting down some folks, that is.. I'm out of words. What a b1tch. No wonder people don't forgive her after all this time.

Fonda was anti-military. She was not against the war because she thought we would not win. She was out and out anti-US and anti-US military. If you all democrats want to associate with her, it just shows what you are and that you're a bunch of pacifist ****s.

At the time, "Hanoi Jane" posed for the infamous shot, I was very anti-war. But I -- and everyone I knew -- were shocked because she was so far over the line.

Legally, she wasn't a traitor because there was no declared war and thus no "enemy" to give aid and comfort to. (Tell that to the grunts who were being shot at. )

We really need some crime like "treason lite" or "second degree treason" or something to seep up people like her and like Oliver North (who purposely set out to subvert the Constitution from the basement of the White House).

"Hanoi Jane" is sorry? That's good, I guess. It's better than being not sorry.
