Wow,after playing Civ3 i thought i had outgrown these types of games, hence my last visit was "You last visited: 25-03-2003".But looking at that gamespot interview it looks very good with new ideas,look foward to it.

By the time a player can raise whole armies, or enough units to do a large-scale invasion, turns don't take 20 years anymore.
Not that those things won't happen in the 'support' part of an army, of course.

Often the reinforcements are offspring of the camp followers.
During the turns that represent 20 years or more, anyway.

However they deal with the healing of units, I am sure it will work out just fine. For crying out loud, they could use unit SYMBOLS instead of fancy schmancy graphics and I would be happy (assuming the GAME works well).
