This screen was sent to me via PM by Emperor. It is our start.
Here was the message that went along with it:
quote:
Hello,
This message has been sent to all team leaders (or next in charge, if the team leader is unavailable).
Elucidus and Micaelis Rex are both extremely busy at the moment, and as a result of this the ISDG game start may be delayed for several days. Elucidus has apologised for this, and has given me clearance to send through all the start position screenshots to each of the teams - so that they can at least have something to do over the next little while rather than twiddling their thumbs. (Please find your own team's screenshot attached to this post; I apologise for the maxi-size, but I figured I'd let you crop it yourself exactly how you wish. )
It is technically possible for me to start the game myself and send the save onward, but in a brief MSN conversation with Elucidus we agreed that some or all teams may object to anyone other than an admin starting the game, and therefore that would not be a wise decision. Thus, I'm afraid that the game start will have to be delayed until one of the admins has the time to begin the game themselves and send the save to the first team. (This could be any length of time, from less than a day away - if Micaelis Rex turns up - to three or four days [at the worst perspective].)
Anyway, here's your team's screenshot. I ask you to please have patience and faith in the admins - the last thing they need at this busy point in time is whinging and moaning about the late game start.
Sincerely,
Your ISDG Map Maker,
emperor

I guess all that is left is for the admins to "look" over the map and give it their approval. I wished that Emperor had gotten the approval from the admins prior to setting specific teams into their respective start postions and generally got the map pre-approved. But, oh well, here's what we got now.

I agree. Move the worker south and settle on the spot if nothing turns up.

To be done in order of listing
Set Research to IW.
Check F11 before settling (incase we are later in order, to see who is moving and who settled immediately).
Worker (needs a name) - move 2, next turn action dependant on this turn's findings.
Determine if start tile is regular or Bonus.
If Start tile is Bonus AND/OR we find other good things that might require us to move - Then Stop turnplay & post screenshot, post quick poll and wait until end of 24 hour limit to play turn, Await further MoI orders.
IF Start tile is reg AND nothing more of interest is revealed when worker moves, then have Settler built the Great city of 'Apolyton'. Set WF to 5 (cows). Set build to EW, with EW & Granary as Queue items. Set City Governor to Enhasize Production and set as default for new cities. Set Sci Rate to 100%. Check F8 & F11 screens before saving and post. Send on the save.
I think that should cover most of what we know to date.

Wow, very nice Startlocation. Worker South (2) and see. And MOST probably settle there where Settler is.

If we build there=> do that first than move worker.
If we see after building the city a goody hut, than it would be usefull that the worker take it.
