No, they didn't.
Himmler, Goebbels, Hitler, Julius Streicher, Hanfstaengl, Goering- irrationality, megalomania, paranoid persecution complexes, drug addiction, mood swings, extreme racism, religious complexes- they're the poster boys and girls for the majority of the illnesses identified by Freud and Jung and the excesses of German Romanticism and Sturm und Drang.
Remind us again how disciplined and cool tempered you are if you are pathologically obsessed with bizarre notions of race, fake history and have attempted suicide at least once. That's just part of Herr Hitler's psychological make-up, and he's one of the chief ideologues.

No but you appear to be.
Clearly you imagine that potential (read: potential) suicide bombers intent on causing the most harm in a public place to ordinary people, walk around with a huge day glo suit and a neon sign proclaiming their intentions and stating where they're going to detonate their bombs, for the convenience of police, emergency services' workers, London Underground staff and any commuters who wouldn't like to have their day, journey or life inconvenienced by high explosive detonating next to them.
Because obviously that's what the first four did, isn't it ? Which is how it was so easy to spot them and prevent them.
And then the second four did the same, weeks later.
Oh, wait, that's not what happened....

hmmm, yes and no - I don't speak for Aggie of course but I think what he was talking about, widely noted by historians, was the cold clinical modern industrialised unfeeling way they went about genocide. This is what separates the final solution from a pogrom.
