This month The British Navy clamied its first scalp of this war, a russian destroyer was met in the baltic and easily outmanuvered and sunk. A well placed shot from the HMS Spanker almost blew the destroyer in half. Survivers were said to be minimal and thos ewhich did survive were treated to a BDSM show by the crew

In other news the second Dreadnought nears completion in the docks of Glasgow, however a new type of ship is rumoured to be in production. The "Battlecruiser" as this type of ship is called, is a combination of the Cruiser and the Dreadnought, combinbing the manuverablity of the former and the power of the latter.

Sorry guys, just can't find the time to play civ2 anymore, and I can't let you wait on me every time my turn comes up. I suggest you find another player for Russia or let the AI handle Russia for the time being.

On top of all that, I have had the about craziest week in ages... An old friend of mine almost got his head burnt away from an exploding lighter, I have parted with my girlfriend, fallen in love, and exams are coming up. Life these days seems to come on heavy.

Well, Moscow is in CEU hands, so I can put you in power if you want. General H Tower could lead the Russians back to their former glory! Granted of course you agree to peace terms and whatnot. Speaking of which, the old peace propositions are considered null and void. Once Russia gains a leader, I will talk with him and post the new peace proposal.

i have to confess i was looking at all the civs with great interest when i changed units for FMK. I'd take over for morten, but it's really up to everyone else if they want to let me play after i've looked over everyone's civ. of course, its been some time since i looked at that save game, and it was a couple turns ago.

I guess I'm in as Russia unless FMK has some reason to keep me out. IIRC, the scenario files the game uses have been patched a couple times, but rather than go through 1000 posts looking for the correct files, could someone attach them on this page?

Surely, I believe you'll need the rules, and units. I believe that covers the transfer of French power to the Jugoslavs.

Oh, and I guess I shall have the official peace proposal out sometime this week. Untill then, let us agree upon a cease-fire for our peace-talks. If you agree, don't attack anything, then I and my allies won't attack you our next turn. That way we can at least get the game moving a little bit
