Germanys Armies outnumber yours 2-1 and that is without our navys both in the mix which take the odds to 4-1, you cannot win, your industry isnt sufficient to replace your huge losses this month and many more russian "patriots" will be lost, The peace terms are reasonable, more than you could expect to get any other way.

British arrogance knows no limits... Of course, you can sit on your island and know nothing about the realities of guerilla warfare. German generals will know what I am getting at. How come the germans took no more than 3 cities this turn? If they do not take more, I will have plenty of time to disrupt them with plenty of partisans popping out everywhere they go.

Of course, Russia will lose a prolonged war, but Germany will have lost its foothold in Europe, once the mediterrenean alliance seizes its opportunity and grabs a bite of the economically weakened german empire, busy fighting a slow and painful war in Russia.

What does it matter if Russia lose this war? -It is not for the sake of conquering germany, that we started this. Our goal has been only to drag the germans into an expensive war effort, which will strengthen the mediterrenean alliance on behalf of germany, changing the balance of power on the continent.

Mr Smith Demands Answers!!!!

Unbeknownst to Turkey and Russia, England actually had two destroyers in the Black Sea. One was touring Russian cities and was recalled when war broke out but the other was nicely tucked in against the turkish coast and thus was allowed to stay.
So Mr Smith decided that getting this Destroyer out of the Black Sea should become priority and it was coming back out so the turkish government shouldnt have any problems with that. However it was when the Destroyer was trying to pass through the strait it found it was blocked by TWO RUSSIAN BATTLESHIPS!!
So while turkey has been preaching neutrality they have obviously been negotiating in secret with the Russians to allow the Russian Fleet access to the med, obviously hoping to whittle down the UK's Naval Superiority.
Mr Smith Demands an explanation, was turkey going to move their battleship blocking the strait at the british end to allow the russians to attack the english fleet. Mr Smith also questions the honour of someone who preaches one thing and acts on another. Either you block both ends of the strait or you let both English and Russian ships through it.
Mr Smith would be worried if he was Italy or Jugoslavia, how do they know they can trust Turkey now they are proven liars. Who knows what other shady deals the turks have been propogating.

In other news the Royal Navy set out for the Baltic and The Black Sea respectively. Finding the Entrance to the Black Sea blocked the british ships congragated around the turkish battleship but no other action was taken. In the North Sea the HMS Empire and its escorting BB's are steaming for the Baltic to help out our allies the Germans.
Mr Smith hopes that this situation can resolve itself, relations with the med league have always been cordial, despite recent tensions. He also grieves over the destroyer crew who lost their lives trying to run the Russian Gauntlet. (Game terms i was pressing down and the russian fleet appeared and i accidently attacked them )

I dont know about that, you have 55 units, i have 118 or so, half of that is my navy i will admit or maybe more than half so all i would need to do would be to bombard your entire coast until no units are left, and then land some very cheap infantry, take all your coastal cities and your capital and your government falls.
So there goes most of your production and all i need do is hold your coastal cities until i can bring in some really heavy firepower. But thats just speculation But dont tempt me.
Anyway my save from above seems to have dissapeared som im posting here again.

Oh yes and my fleet,

1 Dreadnought, 25 Battleships, 14 Destroyers, 4 Light Cruisers, 6 Armoured Cruisers, 13 Freighters and 2 Large Freighters. I have 7 Battleships the Dreadnought and a Destroyer in or near the baltic. So that Leaves 18 Battleships, 6 Armoured CRuisers, 4 Light Cruisers and 14 Destroyers in the med

In light of the hostilities which have torn Europe apart, Spain has conducted it's largest ever miliary exercises. The results are as follows:

Army

The Spanish Army's exercises have gone very well.

Both our artillery guns proved to be very accruate, and not many troops of the 3rd division were killed during a joint exercise with the artillery. Spain's modern enemies will find our guns as effective as Napolean found them.

The cavalry also performed well - our forces have clearly proven that mules, donkeys and oxen do in fact make good replacments for horses.

However, the highest praise must go to the infantry - in contrast with earlier exercises, an impressive 95% of our soldiers proved to know what end of a rifle the bullet comes out of. This represents a 23% increase in the training and effectiveness of the Spanish Army.

Coincidently, next years intake of conscripts will be 5% greater then this years.

Navy

The Navy's exercises also went very well. The 2nd tugboat squadron impressed observers from British Royal Navy by towing more then half the navy off mudflats outside the Valencia naval base.

Another positive result of the exercise is that the 4th Destroyer Squadron has now been redesignated the 1st Submarine Squadron. It has been given the important task of defending a rocky headland near Barcelona.

Air Force

The Spanish Air Force's exercises were not as sucessful as hoped. In future, the air force will try and ensure that it's fearsome attack canarys attack only enemy ballons.
