Ok some pointers on the investigation.

It appears that since the city was close to the greek border. We have found the suspects name. His name is Bob Ladin and his soul purpose is to stir up trouble and bring down the world governments through Civil Disorder and terrorism. Then to install anarchy regimes throught out the world.


Also the investigation goes into great detail on how Bob Ladin and his terrorist group called "Red Base" just might be funded by one of the world powers

I have no objections. Max and I came in as a sub in the middle of a war in less than desirable positions. If the former Inca leader returned, no doubt I would relent and give him back his respected-head-of-state .

I have my hands full with tons of games. If Max wants to stay in the game desperately, and be united with his old friend St.Jon, I will not stand in his way. This is a generous offer no doubt.If he wants he can take over the Riegns of Inca Nation.....I will not in anyway be upset if the answer is 'yes'. As I stated before ; my plate is really full. Im begining to doubt the future of my job and time is more like gold to me these days as the workload in real life is steadily increasing as of today.


Of course if Max declines my offer. I will continue to hang around here Albiet with a few late turns.

Inca is guilty of a false accusation and agitation during times of peace...

It is true that when the Spanish diplomat reopened the Spanish embassy at Cuzco, he did have 'a look round'. However under the circumstances Spain felt justified given Inca's recent aggression. A large force was noted and it was therefore deemed necessary to maintain a sizeable Spanish force in the newly annexed territories. A lawyer was also moved up to provide legal support and advice regarding any continuing border frictions...

He would do well to admit that he has no proof of this supposed revolution attempt, that the unit he has killed was a peaceful Lawyer who had ample opportunity to disrupt production at Cuzco but did not, that he hasn't actually seen any spies...

Its unclear what has happened. Reports are 1//3 of Inca cities have been SUBMERGED!!!!!. The flooding DID not spare the Greeks and Spainish Initial oversea's reports indicate that GlobeSatelitte has been Utterly destroyed. Billions are thought dead I repeat......BILLIONS The Inca government was barely able to escape Mother natures Fury. The waters rose drastically.....but the Civilians were mobilised to create a massive ****. So far the ocean has held back...... The power of Spain is undone as greater than 20% of her cities (sixteen cities!!!) sink beneath the waves, including several of the most powerful cities on the face of this planet!

This is a crippling blow as our armies, our infrastructure and indeed our empire lies shattered - time will tell if Spain can hope to return from such ruin...

Expect to see the results in a couple of cycles as the information filters through to the power graph, as on immediate inspection Spain has fared by far the worst in this disaster!!!

What is beyond our understanding is the fact that to all intents and purposes, it seemed we had managed to avoid this next catastrophe as it's threat was actually receding...

It is a sad thing that has happened to this world. Alas, we are a people of the sea, and yet it appears that the sea has turned against us. Much that was fair is no more, and much suffering has been endured. Fifteen cities in Greece are now gone.

But we will not give up to depair. It is not yet time for the race of man to pass on into history. We will not yet leave the land. It is not yet time to go to the Grey Havens. Much still remains to be done. We will rebuild.

Even the very wise cannot see all ends, and perhaps the sea is not an enemy as she has appeared to be. Perhaps the final irony will be when we can live in cities beneath the waves...

The Inca Chairman concurs with the greeks, for the very first time with the sentiments regarding the great flood.

Furthermore, Inca has demonstrated they are not ready to give up. If the world think's she may flick we humans like infinity before us, she is sadly mistaken. We will, and we have chosen to fight back. Massive dam's are being created by the armed forces and hordes of homeless Incan's joined the ranks to fight off the rising ocean. Inca Propaganda has hailed it as a "Feet of Collective labour" which will result in "Victory by all means".

But Chairman Glorita is wary and would remind the leaders of the world that "Human Toxin's" were to blame for the catastrophe. And that if somthing is not done to stop the noxouis acid rains and deadly ozone holes.....worldwide famine would most certainly result.
