Great job.

I hate to nitpick your fine work but you have some mistakes with the civ-specific abilities. You have the Romans as I M although they are C M, and America is not E E but E I, Persians are S I, not M C, Chinese are M I, not I S.

I tried to fix it myself but I couldn't figure out how to edit PCX files.

Here's the, once again, updated wonderBackground file. Hopefully that fixed the last bugs w/ that one.

Other than that, I haven't had much luck finding alternative images, but I do think that the trading company could be better, and the 'circumnavigation' could use an improvement too.

1) Play the game or read the civilopedia.

2) Read the readme. The manual has many errors:

"* Civilization Strengths Changes:

Everyone has so many great images for the same wonders. If only there were a way to have the images change each time for the same wonder. Even better if they had the artist's name and title for the images (if applicable).

I read someone (other than myself) did not like the default image. Attached to this email is one I think more appropriate.

I was going to remake them all but since Alessandro beat me to it (free time is sparse) and did a fine job (with some minor info errors) I figured why reinvent the wheel, look and feel wise. So I offer this image to the Alessandro to standardize with his others.

I read some pictures were being improved/updated, such as the trading company and what not, but is there a newer "Official" update from Che Pe since the 3rd of November? I haven't seen it?

As for the update I have 2 problems:

1. I don't really know which images to change. I agree that the Trading company picture sucks, and will be expecting a good "World Trade Center" picture from Darkangel or whoever else can get me one. When I looked at them the only one I *HAD A PROBLEM WITH* was the Sistine Chapel, which is why I changed that. I need folks not just to say "change the pictures, We don't like them" but to find better (good quality, big enough pictures) and say "hey I think this would be a better photo for this wonder" and provide a link, or attach it here, etc.

2. I'm not 100% sure how to handle this... do I just provide individual image updates, and everyone chooses which to and not to download? I'm sure some folks will find that they don't want to change X wonder's pic with my choice... how do I allow them to exercise their right to keep that particular image?

So, get those images coming and I promise I will WonderWithInfo-ize them and post them here...

That’s a real nice image Cruzz! It is kind of in motif with the other art for the game. While in that vein…..

I was thinking that maybe we should discuss the merits of a “look and feel” for each epoch as part of a project plan. Hell I want to make vids for each wonder as well! But that, that my friends is another issue all together.

BTW: keep in mind that the images you folks want to summit need to have square dimensions. Rectangles are not useable unless the image has a square area in it that we can use properly.

Regarding the battlefield medicine wonder, when I was in the military I saw a killer poster promoting combat medics. I would like to use that one if someone knows what I am referring too. If not I could always go for a good 4077th image!
