The only way we should let this ****ing fool back into the country is to send him to prison.

Six months ago, he entered Afghanistan “to help the Islamic government” because “the Taliban are the only government that actually provides Islamic law.” When asked if he supported the September 11 attacks, he hesitated. “That requires a pretty long and complicated explanation. I haven’t eaten for two or three days, and my mind is not really in shape to give you a coherent answer.” When pressed, he said, “Yes, I supported it.”

Well, if I had my way, the NA would have been told to go to town on him. So, I think I was being fairly restrained earlier. Make no mistake, however, the man will be put before a military tribunal and will likely be executed as the traitor he is.

From what I gather in the article, he never actually renounced his citizenship, and as a native-born, he cannot be striped of it. Further, while he is part of the Taleban, there is nothing to suggest that he is part of al Queda; whatever else may happen, he isn't headed for military tribuanl, by the administration's own requirements.

Only naturalized ones. But it's clearly stated in the Constitution what a traitor is.

All I'm saying is that his status as a citizen prevents him from being sent to the military tribunal, since they can be used only with non-citizens. Anything else is fair game.

BTW, given that he joined six months ago (and three months before WTC), do you think he joined with the intention of fighting America?
