Oh, I didn't consider the possibility that the poor state of Bosnia's economy (probably caused by America, I'm sure) forced the Muslims to bury thousands of men without coffins in one huge pit. I suppose the bullet wounds found on the bodies were somehow caused post-mortem, and who knows, they may actually have been Serbian victims of the well-known Muslim genocide against Orthodox Christians.

slobo demolished bakalli in cross examination
not getting into what he will tell regarding specific charges, he obliterated faux history served by the tribunal (and eagerly gobbled up by CNN, BBC and Reuters, as in the following news report:

So we are left with some questions:
1) did Carla chose such a poor witness for the very start so that Slobo can train himself in the art of cross-examining?
2) why did they chose a discredited communist apparatchik to be the crucial one
3) why on earth did they insist on rewriting history instead on finding him guilty on specific charges? command responsibility does not need a deep motive, and they are desperate to invent some

then he asked him if albanian language was official. bakalli said yes but then said but you could not use it. slobo asked him to name one single official form that could not be filled in in albanian. bakalli: ia m not an exper on that LOL

I was listening for maybe one hour today from work... and it appeared that Milosevic totally cornered Bakali during that time. The transcript will be a good read So far Thursday's is the last one.

I am suprised that they chose Bakali for the first one and he seemed to be unprepared. Nevertheless we will see who comes next. Kevin Curtis is next
