The Republic of Iraq demands in reparations that the United Kingdom teach Iraq technologies of Ecology, Recycling and Nuclear Power. We understand that it was a mistake on thier part and luckily their nuclear bombs had no real target.
We are going to go watch "24" now. TTFN.

OOC: Rotten, you mean BEER, Not Poland, right?
A large detachment of Beer troops march across Bonschnooglia towards the West, due to recent British Action.
To the International Community, Please bring all nuclear waste by sea to the Beer-Iraqi-Russo border. ((EVEN THOUGH CHINA HAS MORE RIGHTS AT THEY KILLED 60% OF THEIR ARMY TO GET THAT LAND FOR ME AND JOIN WARSAW GRRRRR)) I have selected this border because it is in the heart of the former Grecian Empire, and will not be subject to subsequent terrorist Greek attacks, as it would be hurtful to any cultural battle. This is also an International event, so BEER believes it would be unfair to exclude our friends Iraq in this venture. I ask all civilized nations to aid me in an embargo against England until the English return to their former peaceful selves, further noting that a BEER correctional force is poised to take that nation which was once so peaceful.
BEER upgrades it's Navy to large, it's army to massive, and it's air force to medium.
BEER special forces begin training for internal conversion missions.
BEER aid goes to China ((If they get the Eastern territory of Greece and lost 60% of their army))
BEER submits a Claim to Alaska, citing that it's ruler is no longer around, and there have been prior instances where said ruler has wished BEER take his land.
BEER's South American Army goes from Small to Medium, the South American Air Force goes from nonexistent to small.
To the USSR: I object to soviet control of Eastern Greece, the Chinese have wasted over 60% of their military to take that land, they are more than deserving, additionally if the USSR truly wants an end to conflict in that area, a Chinese occupation would be better, as the Chinese were the allies to greece, so the Greek people will be more willing to cooperate with China.
To all concerned about England: Recent unpredictable British Action has forced me to set up a blocade for all British ships currently in the Mediterranean Sea. Their force is outnumbered at the straight of Gibraltar, as well as in the Red Sea.
To the people of greece: Do not fear, BEER is protecting you.
BEER establishes a representational government, a step towards democracy, BEER production is improved greatly.
BEER mines all the Uranium out of former Greece, and stores it in a top secret well-gaurded area, deep underground.
BEER wishes to hear from Denmarck, if no response in 1 year, BEER will assume control over Denmarck ((cultural campaign)).

"I can see my house from here!" with those famous words, the Cosmonaut Chekov took the first step on the moon.
It was later revealed that the Cosmonauts had smuggled vodka aboard the moon mission, and Chekov repeatedly falling down and vomiting was not in fact caused by the low gravity of the moon, at least not entirely.
The USSR has completed the Apollo program. Their next goal: interplanatary travel, exploration, and settlement. It will be years before they can succeed at that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Greek settlement: The Red Army withdraws from western Greece, giving the area to China. The far eastern portion of Greece is traditionally Russian, so we will be adding it to our empire. Roughly a half and half split of the area that was still Greece on the last map. To further appease China, we are giving them Russian wines, no charge. To compensate for the land shift, China is also gifted our Indian holdings. Hopefully this deal will be equitable.
The USSR agrees with BEER's (sorry I got it wrong last time! Too many posts!) plan to dispose of nuclear waste, and will be appropriating needed supplies towards this program. As for Alaska, we feel Russia should control at least the western portion, adjacent to Siberia. We are open to negotiation, of course.
Regarding further nuclear aggression: The stance of the Soviet Union is that any nation that uses such weapons is a criminal nation.
Soviet and Rebel forces continue to pacify Zululand, controlling about two thirds of the nation. The world community is reminded that we are bringing order to the region, and that this backward nation will benefit greatly from Soviet rule.

"Those Americans...who can figure them?" Aronovich looked past Beria, deep in thought.
"The last thing we need is another war, with science our number one priority. It looks like it won't happen, though." It pained Beria to say it.
"Agreed. Tell the Americans that we will partition Zululand. The bulk of the nation, currently under Soviet control will not be surrendered. However, we will allow the Americans the remaining third. As a show of good faith, release the POWs we have taken. The people there want Communist rule, not the ineffectual Democracy they had. We are merely giving them that rule. We should keep them on our good side."
"Done. As for the space program?"
"It is, and will continue to be our main priority. Make it clear that our offer for cooperation with other nations in space exploration is still very much open."
