China is devastated. The morale that was out and about after the speech by commrade Ima Communist is gone. The people are hungry, no food to support themselves or thier family. Biejing was the main market where retailers would distribute thier food from. The governement is in anarchy as the people are furious at thier leader who provoked this attack. A new interm leader is trying to gain controll of this country. Crime and corruption are rampant and the pollution is horrendus. The new interm leader, Ming Chung has wrote this letter of appology:
Dear friends,
As you know, Beijing was struck by a nuclear attcak. This has devestated our people and our culture. We put no blame on the shoulders of Canada as the attack was purly in self defence, but seek to end this horrible tradgedy. When i officially come into power, i hope to construc a governement which is trustable and reliable. Although i promise that i would not in any way attack any one in any form or way, but i do bielieve that this would be very difficult for you to believe. Therefore i offer a deal to the members of the wrasaw pact: a peace traety, addmitance to the warsaw pact, and some humanitary aid to the people of China, and mst inportantly, help in coming to power and getting rid of he lunatic that was im power before me. I will destroy my 2 nuclear warheads an will relnquish 80% of my military to the warsaw pact. Of course i would trust that the members would come to my aid in the event that i am attcked as i would not be able to defend my great nation.
your friend, Ming Chung

Britain: Should you be willing to provide ground troops, I will allow you 45% of what's left of the Greek territory, as long as You relenquish Greenland and Iceland to Denmarck, Their rightful owners. As for your missile, you may keep it, I have them scattered throughout my country, 5 for each one Greece has. I have already destroyed the greek harbors, but thank you for killing them again
China: Prove your loyalty to Warsaw, paradrop your troops into greece and end the stalemated position I am at with them. BEER Should control Bonschnooglia, as we are the only constant in the Bonschnooglian sea of change. I will double the aid formerly sent to you as well as help with cleanup.
Iraq: The nuclear pollution in close proximity to your country should be cleaned soon. BEER is waiting for your move in the Greek War.
to Greece's Citizens: BEER is offering freedom and large settlements of gold to any Greek citizen with military or domestic information on the country.
To Greece: I assure you that your axis will be over soon, why not end it peacefully, and make things easier on your people? Your ally, China, is wishing to enter the pact and make sure your existence is a short one, I suggest you give up now, before your people revolt against you.
To Russia and Canada: I request the technology to build 1 rocket to the sun in which to launch nuclear waste caused by sensless bombings, and ridding our world of it's major pollutant.
To the United States: BEER wishes a peace between our peoples, is it agreeable?
BEER piles Men and mechanized units on the Greco-Beerian Border, outnumbering Greek resistance two to one.
BEER lines the Dutch border with troops.

Battlefield Dispatch Eyes Only to Commanding Officer, Iraqi Forces:
BACKGROUND
Given that there is no global leadership on the issue, Iraq acts unilaterally to invade Southern Greece.
EVENTS
We are unable to track down the rogue leader of the Greeks. We will "help" in the clean-up of Crete, the Aegean Islands and Attica which includes Athens.
If theGreek citizens agree, we will celebrate with a concert starring Marilyn Monroe, Aretha Franklin, Dusty Springfield, Jerry Lee Lewis, Frank Sinatra and Elvis. We will call it Woodstock and hold it near Attica.
Summary
Iraqi infantry have invaded Greece and occupy Crete, the islands and Attica. They offer the Greeks to become the center of world culture and plan to build Carnegie Hall in Athens.
PERS MSG FROM CAMEL H. TO GREEK LEADER
We really promise to give your country back once you have decided on a new, more peaceful leader. We also agree to hold it from aggression that might be emanating from Warsaw.
PERS MSG TO BEER
You have your half and we have our half.
Message to be delivered to members of the General Assembly of the U.N. by Ambassador Juda. "We have acted in self-defense. Mutants have appeared on our borders and we fear further aggression by the Warsaw Pact will impact the purity of our borders with Greece. We offer a partitioned Greece to be administered by responsible parties of the Security Council. We claim Attica for our "peacekeeping" but offer Crete to the U.S. and the Islands to the USSR."
For the protection and security of the peoples of the world,
The Republic of Iraq"

Iraq requests that the Secretary General hold a vote to consider the Iraqi proposition for partition of Southern Greece. We also urge the Secretary General to create security arrangements for other potential madman who might threaten the peace and well-being of the world. We remind the Secretary General of our past support in his election as well.

BEER represents it's anger at Iraqs invasion of the western portion of Greece after the army of BEER has already occupied it, further noting that only BEER's soldiers have died as a result of the greek invasion, sanctioned by all members of the Warsaw pact.
Additionally recognizing that any U.N. Efforts to distribute land must go to the Security Council and NOT the Secretary General, noting the 5 countries with Veto power, USA, USSR, BEER, UK, and China, as these are the most nuclearly influential nations, ((beer got in because of the peaceful occupation of france, Commander Steve went ape on them, not me)).
Noting with regret, the Nation of Greece is under censure as the use of Nuclear warheads in a purely offensive manner is an immediate censure by order of the U.N. charter.

The country of Iraq does not recall such arrangements have been made or agreed upon by the world. It notes that an attack on the emergency provisional troops we have sent to represent the U.N. will entail an attack on the whole world.
We note witheringly that the country which now addresses the Republic of Iraq started the first war leading to the aggressive actions of Greece.
We also note that our words, too, are backed by nuclear weapons and the means to delivery them. We also note that our brothers to the easter and west have stayed silent throughout this conflagration that was initiated by European countries. Our combined might should not be trifled with.
I call on our friends to the North to wait until the Secretary General addresses the world and announces whether he will entertain what is on the table.
We also note that we have not invaded the western portion of Greece.
We are in the South and the East. We urge the so-called Beer country to check its maps.
We also offer you a beer in friendship. Whattya want I got Rolling Rock, Sam Adams and Red Hook ESB?
The Republic of Iraq has spoken.
-----
The Republic of Iraq ships more infanry and artillery into Athens from the Aegean Islands. Iraq goes to its highest alert.

Iraq notes that because the leader of Britian cannot read maps that the nuclear bombs fall in the desert.
We also note that this is an act of war. We call on our allies in Egypt and Persia to defend our common assets.
We also await your conventional forces and wonder exactly what you plan to deliver.
We call on the world to turn back the aggression of members of the Warsaw Pact. We call on the leadership of the Warsaw Pact to show some leadership.
We have not attacked a Warsaw Pact country.
We will now begin the clean-up that is necessary.

We beg to differ with current interpretations of the U.N. and await a decision. If a current member of the security concil can stand up and show some leadership, we would applaud.
We also note that there have been no arrangement to enter the country of Beer into the Securty Council. They changed their name and have also been a rogue nation in their hegemony and imperialism. Put it to a vote.
Iraq applies for membership in the Security Council in place of Beer.
