After drinking a te... OK... well, iI had it in only a few minutes, so there's an excuse... 6 cl, remember... anyway, it makes you start weird topics, such as this.

I've noticed some of us have used it, others haven't... everyone of us should do it (use the EU flag that is), so we can beat the other guys... but some of us still prefer to be nationalists.

Jeg ville meget gerne være meget bedre til skriftligt engelsk end jeg er.

På den anden side skulle du bare se, hvordan jeg skrev for 2½ år siden .

They get all worked up if requested to fly the EU flag, then they defend their national pride at all cost, and then as soon as they get to talk Nazi (yes, that is NATIONAL-Socialism) they roll over like dogs and start licking the German arses

i think europe will be better off if all the countries started getting competitive with eachother and pushing eachother, as opposed to try and form one big superstate that would just constantly argue

Fugl: Jeg er ikke ekspert på området, og har (vist nok) ikke sprogøre som sådan, men engelsk kom overraskende let til mig gennem internettet... du har sikkert gjort samme erfaring. Specielt diskussions-fora er velegnet, fordi de giver mulighed for interaktion. Det er af samme grund, meget få danskere taler respektabelt tysk - de interagerer aldrig med tyskere eller tvinges ud i informationssøgen, der kræver kendskab til andre sprog end engelsk.

For those interested, I'm trying to obstruct the plans of the German through the extensive use of "local" languages. Kugelschreiber und Tannenbaum!

The EU is a bad idea. The Germans had a good thing going - what with the Wall, Bundesbank and Kohl - and now they just can't wait to give up their identity to become minions of a socialist aggregate. It's amazing what historical gulit can accomplish.

The EU needs to be dismantled, quickly. You want a union? Apply for membership in the US, then.
