We lost the war, however, we think that you are asking for too much, you are asking for something that probably you never would have be able to won in the field.

We will give up those territories, only under a payment for them.

Otherwise, we don't understand why we should give land to Britain and France, who did not fought against us.

To France:
I don't see why I should return it to Britain, we payed them a lot of money for it, and why should we give them back.

If they want Canada back, than they must pay us back the money we gave them.

Britain never entered a war against us, and never threated to, so, we will not give any land to them, unless they pay every cent it worth.

On the other side, we will accept selling Quebec to France for the price you offered. since, unlike Britain you won the war on the field.

OOC: Right now it is 1826, a bit early historically to open up asia...but maybe this weekend i'll add India and China. An uprising in Greece would be very accurate,as it successfully rebelled in 1821.

WCI to European Alliance (especially Spain): We were on the winners' side! We should gain territory, not lose it! Also, giving territory that was the core of Louisiana to teh US is absurd, for they fought on the same side!

Recent events have convinced most people in the WCI that whites cannot be trusted and the only solution to their troubles is to kick them out of the entire continent. The Prophet disagrees, but he is quickly beoming unopopular. In the areas that the WCI would lose in the peace treaty, the tribes have begun to mobilize. Countering this, teh Prophet is encouraging peple to be peaceful and has formed "Peaceful Resistance Parties."

One tribe in RL NW Texas has ambushed and killed over 239 Spanish troops, capturing a key fort. The central WCI government has condemned them for this and officially denied having ordered the attack.

Meanwhile, representatives in the WCI capital have called for an election of a new leader to replace the Prophet, and also votes for declarations of war against Spain, France, Russia, and Louisiana.

Top secret communications (sent despite protests from the Prophet):
To Libertia: WE support your cause.
To Russia: Help us get a better treaty (We get territory up to Mississippi, Louisiana keeps most of their territory that is given to the US) and we will trade exclusively with you.
To Spain: Let us at least not LOSE territory and we
MIGHT accept the treaty.
To Louisiana: I will respect your borders if you insist on keeping your territory east of the mississippi and reject this treat which gives territory you never had from us when we won and you lost.

To WCI:
We want you to at least have the orginal broders you had before the war started. We do not want to see your nation hurt by any peace deal. We are pulling out 75,000 of our troops form your country and are going back to Alaska. The rest will stay as long as you want them to stay to ensure your indepence.

To All nations:
We will give indepence to the secition of Canada that is now under our controll. We simply do not have the resouces or manpower to make sure that all that land is safe from attack. We will still keep Alaska. We are also going to sell to the WCI our part occupied Mexico.

To France:

The French Grande Armee has finalised its campaign against the rebellion with help from the Imperial Russian Army. The Libertians were surrounded near the city of Muncih and were battered into submission. The ringleaders of the rebellion have been shot for treason and the soldiers of the Libertian army are now inpriosned, awiating to hear what is to become of them.

China and Japan were very well known at the time.
China was very weak, and corruption was very bad in Chinese gov't, so i think that a Medium Army Small Navy status should be right for them

Japan instead was still the Shogun Japan, but was growing very strong, so maybe a Medium Army Large Navy status should be fair.

Maybe also a Persia would be cool
With a Large Army and no Navy.

We could give India to Britain. (or maybe create an Independent India, as the bad British situation might have allowed India to gain her independence)

President Montgomery Burns, started a huge program of rebuilding of infrastructures.
Those money will also be spent to restore the pre-war army and navy size. (large and medium).

The program will take 4 years to complete.

On a sidenote, money people claimed to have seen some American citizens being loaded on a Pirate ship on the Port of Boston.

The People in there claim that the Pirates, even if they were trying to speak English, they had a very typical French accent.

Spain's apologies and Russia's help have calmed the WCI. The hawks are now a minority. The WCI agrees to buy Russian Mexico and has already begun efforts to have the Indians of the new nation of Canada be treated equally and have the right to vote.

The Prophet has created the following map, which is pretty much a summary of everything put into a worldwide map, including Canada (dark blue), the defeat of Libertia, and the treaty.

To Mexico (spain really because of the puppet government): If you object to our purchase of RUssian-occupied Mexico we will sell it to you for less than what we bought it for.

Except for the above message to Spain, if no one posts disagreeing with the map showing the treaty agreements within 36 hours I think we should consider the treaty official and signed by all nations.

Iceland was originally British. It was never stated but I figured it made sense when i made the map after teh annexation of Sweden that they would give Greenland to Britain when their government went into exile there or that britain would take it so the French wouldn't get it. WHen you didn't object I assumed there was no problem. If Britain voluntarily sells it for cheap, we have no problem. If not, tehre's no doubt that Britain would keep Iceland because they've always have it. I'm not sure about greenland, but because you took so long to notice it i would say that it's rigthfully british.

well, umm, seeing as how Sheep is heIl bent on destroying my Nations, I will take Canada and make declarations of Canadiandom.

Tron Lieberman is Elected Ultimate Ruler of Canada and has the following proclaimations:

occ: 150% is a bit high for popultaion growth. An average couple nowdays have 2.1 children. I suggest 5 children a couple average would be high enough to meet a reasonable population, otherwise in 10 years at your rate the population of Canada would be almost half a billion !!!!
