Yeah, sorry, guys... I know I am late with the updates. But this weekend was extremely hectic and I spent almost all my time with the Vox affair.

I believe it is a good idea to upload the save immediately and make it available from the turn log, which I later change into a Chronicle entry.

This is just my luck: every time I'm at home and I'd have some time to look at the save, it is not posted, or is unavailable (that's the case now), or 'Poly is down or the aliens stole it or whatever

redstar, can you check your system, please? I suspect the http server is down or something... I can upload and download files using an ftp client, but whenever I try to access files stored on your machine via a Poly link, I fail...

There must be some kind of a problem, since I do no longer get even the pictures displayed... can you, guys, see the pictures in the Turn 119 Chronicle entry?

The alternate link I added is working just fine for me... and the syntax I am using for the files stored on redstar's machine is exactly the same as before (at least I do believe so...).

Thinking about our failed cathedral completion plan... we screwed that royally. In order to gain ~1 more shield by growing on the very same turn the cathedral was suppose to be done, we risked unnecessarily, reckoning on the retarded city governor... what we should have done was to adjust the production on the previous turn to make sure the cathedral would be finished this turn, growing one turn later.

It might be an idea to set up an auto forward to the Lego members that want the save that don't get it initially from Beta.

If one of you that receive the turn has Outlook Express for instance, this can be done if I understand it correctly by setting up Tools/Message Rules/Mail and then forwarding any message sent from Beta (and any alternate Vox players) and contains the word "save" in the subject line for instance.

OK, fixed everything, including several errors in the past reports. Sorry for forgetting to upload the savegame this morning - playing the turn, I noticed Zargon had not played the previous one as reported (forgot to move DyeHard and did not change the research rate back to 50%), which meant to redo the Turn 124 report... I did not have time to do so, so I decided to do everything, including the today's turn later (was leaving to do some shopping with Karina in the morning). Didn't realize it would have been helpful to post at least the save.

I guess it would be better to ask Voxes to send their saves to more of us... I know that I do not want to autoforward all Beta's *save* emails to Tibi...

Seems to me we just need to make sure the turn gets uploaded. It's a pretty fast process, at least using poly upload; can't speak for ftp, as I don't use it much.

As for autoforwarding, no offense, but I wasn't thinking of you, Radek, as I know that you have some PBEMs going with at least one with Beta in it.

Radek, mail rules can contain more conditions, not just one. Maybe Beta's PtWDG saves contain a special word in every mail's subject? Like Vox or Lego or PtW, something that would distinguish them from the Misfits saves?

Or it could be someone else to autoforward them. Volunteers ?

I still insist that asking Voxes to send saves to you (Tibi), Sharpe, and whoever else would be interested would work MUCH better. As you would be getting the saves instantly, not when someone else downloads them. The only thing to keep in mind (but that would be exactly the same with auto-forwarding) will be that non-players must not play ahead - just shuffle WF and study the save.

So, who wants to get added to the list?
