To US:
Sure, but it would do better for relations if Panama was co-owned by the US and Brazil. A state from both North America and South America.

Panama is Central America, therefore it is neither(or both) south america and North america...technically...
To US (secret): What are you saying? Enforcing the ole 'monroe doctrine', eh? Maybe we should expel all the europeans from the western world.

To Uruguay: Too bad.
Brazillian forces, having already marched through Uruguay, begin ousting the government. All benefits declared earlier enforced. A few resistors mostly from the government and military continue a futile fight, but soon will be annihilated. Overall the people, at first reluctant, are now tolerant of Brazillian rule.
To Argentina(secret):
What about Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia? How shall we distribute these lands between us? How about Venezuela takes Ecuador, Brazil take Peru, and Argentina take Bolivia?

Top Secret to London: Japan's armies in Korea are prepared to invade China at the emperors command. If Britain should invade from India in the South, then China would not stand much of a chance. We could take much of the country and set up a puppet government to rule the rest.
To Italy: Does Italy want an ally in the East?
