Brazil annexed Uruguay

Venezuela declares war against Colombia, the official explanation is that they are helping the Panamese getting ther independence, the Colombian army was cought off guard, as most of it was in the north, and the Venezuelans managed to do some very big advancements in the coutry, taking the city of Monteira and Buracamanga.

OOC: I'm new to this, and have a question: How much leeway are the players given in determining events such as:

"Afganistan's government today strongly denounced French involvment in the region, and mobilized its army."

Which would up to a declaration of war by the player.

Could I post that or something similar and declare war, or is that up to the moderator?

I'd also note that Norway was not in fact an independent nation until 1908 (part of Sweden). That point is kinda moot now, but for conveinces sake I would only be sheltering one government-in-exile if my offer is accepted.

I am the only one in control of White-Nations Diplomacy... therefore the only one that can condemns French involvment in the region

However, I'm not in charge of white armies, so I will never declare war on a player country with an over powered White nation

ie: putting Army stats of Liberia to Imperial and declare war to the French colonies in Africa.

Japan claims Manchuria for the Emperor, and invades the Chinese province with an undisclosed number of troops. Foreign diplomats in Tokyo estimate 80-200 thousand infantry plus three divisions of armor. In other news, trade from England and Italy to Japan is increasing. All three countries are benefiting from this trade, but if something should halt the trade suddenly, Japan's economy would be devestated. Italy and England's economies are less reliant on their Asian trading partner than Japan is on them.

France's objective is the capture of Peking, and the re-instatement of order in China. French troops have specific orders not to interfere with the activities of the Japanese emperor.
