France begins pulling troops from China, though is still in a strong position there. Troops pulled from China and ships being built in the South of France are sent to Costa Rica and El Salvador. French, Venezuelan, and Argentinian troops prop up the democratic and internationally recognized governments in these countries.

To the United States: Withdraw your claims to the independent nations of central america or we will seize control of the Panama Canal project. However, we are not interested in violating your soverignenty, only in protecting the soverigenty of those nations which cannot protect it for themselves. Therefore, France will not send troops into the territory of the US or Mexico in order to defend our interests in the region. After the conclusion of peace, France considers its operations in China as nothing more than a police action to counter trade-harming criminals. It withdraws much of its forces from the region, though enough are stationed there to be able to protect French trade interests. Aid is sent to the remainder of independent China as promised. Most forces withdrawn from the region are re-stationed in the Central American theatre, in case the USA does not back down.

Due to the victory in China, the many trade pacts signed, and the Italian purchase of Tunisia, the French economy can now be considered Booming.

This is not good enough. Canda will be fully independent one way or the other. We can no longer tolerate European countries in America.

Canada is not a European nation, it is no more dominated by Britian than one of your states dominates another. It is a willing member of the British Union, and will remain so until we, not you, decide to change that. We do not attempt to manage your internal affairs, stay out of ours.


Britain is upgrading its army to large and making defensive emplacements in Canada. The Royal Development Corps is working on ways to effectively put armarment on balloons and flying craft.

It depends on which country.

Peru will give you an increase in the Army size, but nothing from an economically point of you (actually it should get your econ lower... but it won't)

To Britain (Secret but forwarded to my allies): How about an alliance to contain US aggression? It will be a defensive alliance, except if either of us goes to war with the US, in which case even if we attack them and not the other way around the other one of us must help. Otherwise, if one of us in the aggressor in a war, the other one won't have to help.

To the US: This is you last warning. The Grand United Alliance of Latin America (OOC: my alliance with Venezuela and Brazil) will not allow an Anglo puppet government to rule any of the Great Territories of Central America. You can have Panama, but nothing more.
