Chinese troops have easly taken most of Japan, do to the fact that the Japanese have almost no standing army as a result of the treaty they signed ending WWII.
The nation of Japan will soon will be freen from influnence from the capital west and the workers of Japan will be free under our rule. The new Chinese fleet is moving in to guard against a sea invasion by US forces, which include 2 super carriers.
TO UN:
We vote Yay, and condemn German for voting no as a wish mankind end in nuclear war.
To Germany:
We warned you for years to disarm and comply with the treaty you signed, you did not and we were forced to act.

To Poland: We consider such restrictions on our miltiary unnacceptable, though we can understand your security concerns. We hope that you can understand ours.
Now, we would be prepared to sign a deal under which we place a limit on our troop concentrations near the border of any Warsaw Pact nation, so long as you recipocrate. If anyone violates the agreement, the deal is off - but we would hope that no-one would violate it.
As to the issue of nuclear weapons - you have them, why can't we? They are an invaluable addition to our national security, and would be doubly so if we quit NATO.
So, the deal we propose is:
1) You withdraw all your troops from our territory.
2) We require all other foreign troops to leave as well.
3) We quit NATO, and pledge not to join it again without your approval.
4) We agree to limit our miltiary deployments along your borders, and you place the same limits on deployements near our borders.
5) We pledge not to start a war with any signatory to the Warsaw Pact or NATO.
Are you willing to sign this deal?

Russian troops remain in Germany.
You can negotiate with the Poles all you want but Poles are not the Russians. We were not included in these negotiations yet our armed forces were, this is deeply offensive. Russian troops shall remain as they are until we reach our decision about these proposed treaties.
Germany practically has the same conditions as they were practicing before the war, except now they won't be in NATO. We did not send Russian men to die in vain, for the squabbling of Poland and Germany. We will think over this, until then our troops remain.
To Poland(secret):
What was the point of this war? To merely spank Germany and leave? You called upon Russian men to fight and die for this? We came to this call because you are our ally, you showed complete contempt for this nation and screamed for war. And now nothing has been changed for the better, it is the same as before we entered Germany, except now dead men litter the ground. Was this only for your enjoyment of a simple rumble with your neighbor to show off your strength? What the hell was the point and the damn purpose. You called upon your friends to help you against the "evil ever-threatening" Germans yet now they have basicly the same conditions, room for rebuilding, only they recieved a licking. If this is all...then what am I to say to the Russian families whose men died in vain...I am beginning to feel regret and guilt. You better boost up your charm and diplomacy skills and give me something to chew on. Hopefully the Canadians will not be so soft on the Americans, and say "hey, good fight, Yank, shall we sit for tea now? And then we will return to our homes as if nothing occurred".

To the USSR (Secret): You must take out an enemy by his weaknesses, not his strengths, Germany was the weak limb of American Capitalist Opression, Now that the war in Europe has been stalled, and German Aid to the Us is cut off, We are free to divide the USA amongst ourselves. If you want to tell your people something, tell them that the Americans killed their husbands and sons, after they had gloriously conquered the German army! Our main goal in this war is the spread of communism and the containment/weakening of capitalism, we have done that now, and will continue to do so. Additionally, the way we attacked made us suffer few casualties, and since the Russians were in a secondary wave, I wouldn't expect any massive death tolls from the Warsaw side.

To Russia(secret):
If we can get all of Germany on our side that would be a great victory for the warsaw pact. It will prevent Germany from posing any treat to our plans for world power. There is a bright side in this and I think you should not feel so anger at Poland.
