I'd be interested in joining another NES (after I rather disliked the last one I played in), but can we have a rule that we have to keep things open and realistic rather than simply announcing 'We have 1000 ICBMs pointed at your capitals, surrender now or be annihilated'?

Perhaps another alternative could be for you to set up factories in our country to manufacture more? We have no shortage of manpower or raw materials, and we very much need to rebuild our economy, so any foreign capital is welcome.

It does, but i keep no formal track of that.

SNESA is modded through use of reality police, this allows us a lot more openness and flexability than even the Story Style NESes. If you attempt something your economy doesn't seem capable of we will ignore it, most likely we will protest. If you have spent several years working on your economy you could cite that as a counterargument.

Eveery step can end up being a battle, therein lies it's mysticism.

If you want to make secret orders you can PM them to me, i'm trustworthy/scizofrenic enough not to use them to me advantage. (For example, have a spy assasinate the Egyptian head of state, or build a secret cache of nuclear weapons) however if you treaty violate with thosee weapons the ither nations could, conceivably send investagators to probe...

the possibillities are edless.

Eh? Germany is a democracy, not a communist state.
