Germany - Diplomacy:
To Austria (secret): Please try to keep the Portugese navy tied up in the Carribean for as long as possible. We expect a war to rbeak out with them very soon, and it would be very conveenient for us if their navy was elsewhere during it. If we win, we will have them turn over their remaining ships to you, if you like.
To Argentinian Navy: We apologise, our foreign ministry did not recieve your message for some reason. Our troops are now withdrawing, having arrested a number of prominent socialists; we can turn them over to you if you wish. And we would be happy to provide you with money or weapons if you require it.
To BENDEFRA: If you go to war against Russia, you will go to war against Germany and possibly the rest of the Emperor's League as well. You have been warned.
To Holland (secret): Stay out of this conflict. You have nothing to gain from fighting us and a great deal to lose.

German reserves have been mobilized for a possible war in Europe and Africa. Native auxiliaries in the colonies are being drafted up and armed.
German troops have been withdrawn from Argentina, and are making arrangements to transfer prisoners to the Argentinian navy is necessary.

American War Update:
European troops have taken a major blown outside of Menterrey, as the AA troops fortified there had broken through the Euros defensive lines, and have managed to take them from behind.
However, the regiments which were situated on the 2nd and 3rd trenches came out, killing and capturing many AA troops.
Nonetheless, the AA forces managed to push back the Europeans a few kilometers nearer the pre-war border.
The World is shocked everywhere knowing how many lives have been killed in this foolish war.
The American invasion in Haiti resulted in a complete failure, as unexpectedly the haitians did not raised against the Cubans, and instead decided to help them on the defense of the island.
Almost all American troops there had to surrender, some of them decided to dive on the sea, and where later saved by Ottoman and Austrian ships going through there.
Mexican ships, protected by Austrian and Italians managed to escort many Ottoman troops on the south of Mexico, however Brazilian ships and subs which received the order to sink them attacked them by suprise with heavy submarine warfare, and the Balkan Fleet had to withdraw quickly.
However the Ottoman Regiments which managed to land made several gains going as far as capturing Merida, however, because of lack of supplies it will be hard they will resist much time there.
Last but not least an attempted Spanish Invasion on the coasts of Florida resulted in a complete failure, as French, American and other Balkan ships stationed there almost completely destroyed their fleets before it could make it to the coast.

Chinese rebels back under control
What couls have been a very huge revolt in Chine have almost completely been stopped, thanks to the government concession, the governmet have granted that they would not draft anymore people during peace time, and that they won't make workers work more than 10 hours per day.
However some minor battles are still going on in the north, but they will not be there for long

With both navies almost completely locked in the carrabean, a small Italian invasion force could not do many damages to the Spanish defenses, using the surprise factor the Italians managed to take the Balears and to land some troops in the area between Cartagena and Murcia, but had to sit back to defensive positions very soon

Britain to Russia:
It doesn’t seem like Greenland would be worth going to war over. If you withdraw from Greenland, we will allow you to base ships in a port in Scotland or Canada for a very cheap price, operating costs only.
to Denmark/BENEDEFRA:
Despite the fact that you are in the right in requesting Russia withdraw from Greenland, it isn’t worth going to war over. Even if they don’t come to their senses and withdraw, please don’t make a war out of this.

Here's the peace proposal: Everything France said, except that Mexico retains Baja California and the US can get the other California. For the love of God, accept peace! This is getting ridiculous.

The new Branco-A2 has come off the line and into Mass production. It has better armor, a larger caliber, and goes much faster than any other tank in the world.
A new small arm rifle has been developed, called the Codo-A1. It carries a clip of 6 cartridges and is able to fire repeatedly. The round is a .308. It is accurate up to 500-600 yards. This new innovation is predicted to revolutionize the art of war, though some small trinkets need to be fixed. Should enter mass production within 2 months, and will be the standard issue weapon of the Army.
The two army groups and multiple tank divisions en route to reinforce the frontlines are ordered to change objectives and to take out the new Ottoman threat first, before advancing to the Rio Grande. They will split in a two prong offensive, one striking the enemy invasion force from the south, and the other prong is to circle the Ottomans and strike from the sea, to prevent their escape. Brazillian ships are also ordered to blockade the coast to prevent this force from retreating into the sea if they by some miracle break through the Brazillian lines.

To Russia (secret): We have no official position on the British reques tthat you withdraw form Greenland. If you stay, we will support you, and go to war... if you leave, that's your decision.
Also, we would be very interested in taking part in yoru "submarine" project, and are willing to sen our own engineers to help, which should cut down significantly on the time requried for it.
To Spain: The German Second Reich officially declares war upon you.
To Argentinian navy: The prisoners are ready to be transferred to a facility of your choice.
To Brazil: As you wish. Investments are proceeding now.

The German fleet is now blockading the entire Spanish coast along with the fleets of vairous other nations, with German troops landing in southern Spain and the Western Sahara.
Meanwhile, the socialists taken prisoner duign the German invasion of Argentina have been handed over to the Argentinian navy.

With the new German tnak model now almost finished developement, German factories are retooling to begin mas production once the final prototype has been approved. This will be complete as soon as the tank projec tis compelted, and will allow immediate equipment of most of the German tank forces.
The German air force is collaborating with the navy in developing a new type of ship designed to carry and launch aircraft while at sea, for use against othe rships or land targets. Development should produce the first workable ship within 4 years.

- Danish Navy strikes against the Russian Atlantic Fleet
An attack of the Danish Navy against the Russian fleet have resulted very succesful, thanks to the surprise factor.
The Danish have sunked many ships sending supplies to the Russian troops in Greenland, and have later attacked the Russian positions there, regaining some of their lost land (OOC: I'm supposing you didn't send the whole of your army there).

The Spanish government have almost collapsed, as spain have been attacked on all fronts.
Italian troops have been marching northward taking almost all the Catalan coast.
The Franch army have easily defeated Spanish defences on the Pirenees and are now marching toward Saragoza, taking the Basque countries in the meanwhile.
Russian troops have landed nearby La Coruna, and with a fast attack have conquered the cities of Gijon and Vallaloid.
Ottoman troops which landed in the South have instead destroyed Spanish defenses in Malaga and Sevilla, and our now marching northwards
Last but not Least, the German troops had an easy time as well in Fez and Western sahara, taking those territories for themselves.
The Spanish Army was just too spread out to counter the attack of all those nations, and have almost compltely retired in Madrid, in order to protect the Government.

Britain to U.S., Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Japan, China, Venezuela, Cuba and anyone else not attacking Spain [or in an alliance with someone attacking Spain] (SECRET) :
The recent Spanish debacle and the rapidly worsening Russia/Denmark situation is an excellent indicator of the instability and uncertainty currently plaguing us. Who knows what these countries will attempt next? We propose an alliance (preferably secret) between all of us that will operate only on defensive lines, and if any of us are attacked (this is void if you are the one doing the provoking) the rest of us will respond, at first only with a warning, hopefully this will be enough of a deterrent, but if necessary fight to protect our mutual safety and preservation. For those of you not on good terms with each other, we suggest you put aside your differences, for, dislike or not, we are safer together.

Having pushed back the hordes, Cuba has a new holiday, the name of which is being voted on, either "NAH NAH NA BOO BOO day" or "WE'RE STILL ALIIIVE day" Both holidays are pronounced in a sing-songy moking tone. ((Giovanni, tell me which one wins hehe))
With the success of the warhawk government in the American war, Cuban pollsters are predicting a 90%-10% vote in favor of the Warhawks. ((Giovanni, do the election please too.))
Cuba returns the small fleet of borrowed ships to Portugal, along with several shipments of the finest cigars for the Portugese who so selflessly aided the Cuban struggle.
All Cuban isles declare popular sovereignty desires to stay as part of Cuba. A vote of the isles is being taken, the only one in question would be the dominican half of hispanola with a slim 60-40 percent in favor taken by polls. ((Last one here, I promise Giovanni))
Cuba wishes to be in the British trade agreement thing if it is at all possible

To Russia (secret): We will support you in your war effort. Our troops are currently invading Denmark.
To France: Russia is our ally. We support them against Denmark as you do Denmark against them.
To Ottoman Empire (secret): Please clarify for us whether your alliance with France would compel you to go to war against us if France declared war on us.
To Portugal: We would be willing to call a halt to the war in Spain, but only on the condition that we keep the Spanish territories in Africa that we have occupied.
To Spain: We have now ordered our troops to cease firing on yours. Cede control of all territory we currently occupy, and there will be peace. No other terms ar to be imposed by either side. If you refuse, the war will resume.
Germany - Military Actions:
German troops, supported by massed tanks, aircraft, and artillery (including the first Big Berthas), are launching a massive offensive into Denmark. The German navy is blockading Denmark and assisting the Russians in clearing the seas around Greenland, and has been deployed near the coasts of all other BENDEFRA members in preparation for similar measures.
Meanwhile, German troops on the various French, Dutch, and Portugese borders are prepared for war at any moment. Any French advance or firing, anywhere along the front, will trigger an immediate response from all quarters.
Finally, Germany has unilaterally called a temporary cease-fire in the Spanish war. The troops are digging in in the occupied areas in case of attack by France.
Germany - Projects:
The German tank project is now complete, giving Germany, Austria, and Russia access to tanks much better than anyone else in the world. The German tank corps will be fully equipped with them in well under six months.
Due to the war economy, the Big Bertha project is now complete.
The German economy is being placed on a war footing, which will damage it in the long term but is massively speeding up miitary projects, halving the time required to upgrade the army and navy, and allowing the first Big berthas to enter service ahead of schedule. The army will be fully equipped with them in six months.
The German air force will upgrade to Large in 1 year.

Why is the world so blind, the Russian did not hesitate in killing several thousand people, only to have a frozen island to use as a "naval base in the atlantic", had they ask for it, we would have surely allowed them to install a naval base there, but as they invaded the island than there was nothing we could do but counter attack them, with the hope they would come to their senses.
Yet, those bloodthirsty warmonger not only did not stop this senseless war, but they have killed 30% of the Danish living in Greenland, THEY HAVE KILLED CIVIVLIANS.
This is something the world can't let go unpunished, we need your help to teach those "people" a lesson.

Denmark is gone, government flees in Iceland
After the German invasion of their mainland, there was little the small Danish Army could do against the Germans and the Russians, also after the massacre committed by Russian troops in Greenland, the French troops that came there to help the Danish, raged by the Russian actions, attacked full force against the Russians, and even if the troops of the Czar really outnumbered the French, they managed to take back all the western coast, pushing the Russians only to a few strngholds near Scoresbysund, Angmagssalik and Julia Nehàb.
Spain counter attack proved succesful
A big spanish counter attack proved succesful thanks to help received by the Portuguese, against Russian held North-west, thanks to the French withdrawal the Russians were left isolated, and suffered great losses to a surprise Portuguese attack from behind their lines, while the Spanish attacked them frontally.
Baing attack in multiplu fronts the Russians had to escape all the way to Bilbao (from here the Russians are also in a very good position to attack France)
Italian and Ottoman troops instead managed to still advance, but not by much, because now the Spanish were much more organized in defense, thanks to the new strategical leader they found in a young, very nationalist General named Franco (OOC: I know it's a bit early)
