France is now under the protection of Britain. We ask you to end this conflict now and stop your advancing so as to not draw the British soldiers into this. Whatever your purpose was, it has now undoubtedly been achieved, so please stop your aggression.
To Brazil: (OOC- I’m not sure if you wanted to make that last transmission to the U.S. secret, I won’t mind if you change it, but unless/until you do, this is Britain’s response)
We are extremely concerned over this stance of yours about Canada. If this is what you support, why did you sign an alliance against us? Whatever happened to preventing imperialistic expansion? We sincerely hope your message to the U.S. was merely and administrative or diplomatic error, otherwise we will be forced to reconsider our stance towards your country.
Remaining French territory and whatever colonies they have left have been reinforced with British troops, for defensive purposes only.
British Army is being upgraded to Huge, Air Force to Large. (SECRET: German and Russian tactics and equipment are being examined as much as covertly possible, and plans are being drawn up to counteract them, if possible, should the need arise.

Revolters burned down grain fields in Ukraine
The Granary of Russia can now be considered a big fire, as the country have been destroyed by the communist revolters, other minor rebellions are sparking everywhere in Russia, asking for the Czar to be put down, however, the rebels in Ninzi Novgorod suffered a huge defeat, as a Russian general by his own initiative decided to lock down the bridges of the city, and isolate the revolters and let them starve to death there.

Paris Evacuated! Due to advances on multiple fronts, the decision was made to evacuate the last military garrisons in Paris today. The government is attempting to minimize losses by withdrawing endangered forces. All civilians that can have fled to the south, and many into neutral Italy and Switzerland.
Major Victory in West Africa!
With their superior knowledge of the land, and a roused populace, French forces have defeated an Axis army in West Africa. This should delay any advance there for several months.
Representative Choas A governement caravan was bombed by Axis forces yesterday. Many representatives from French colonies were killed. The government is in choas, hardly capable of making decisions while besieged.
New Nation! After learning of the attack, the remaining colonial officials met last night, and made major decisions. In order to continue the governance and defence of French colonies, the colonies have united into the Federated New Republic of France. A Constitution, based on the French one, has been quickly drafted. The purpose of the nation is to continue the legacy of France, until France itself is liberated. The government in Marseilles has been temporarily elected the government of the New Republic, and intends to leave for Mauritania, where less choas will enable it to govern effectively.

Germany - Diplomacy:
To new Danish government (secret): Congratulations on your successful assumption of power. If you agree to our peace terms, we will give you full recognition as the legitimate rulers of Denmark and you will be permitted to rule as you like, as long as you follow our lead in external matters.
To USA: We offered the French peace before the fighting started, and they refused. We offered it to them again with the war continuing, and they again rejected it. We are offering it them again now, however small the chance of it's success may be, but our patience grows thin.
To Britain: Your suggestion may have some merit, and we are prepared to offer the French some conessions if that means they will actually agree this time. However, given that they were unwilling to even give up Greenland before the war started, we remain somewhat doubtful that they will accept.
And you tell your friends in France that we won't stop advancing until they agree to peace. Our goal is the end of this war and the reimbursement of ourselves and our allies for the costs it has imposed, and this has not yet been achieved.
To Italy: That is precisely what we are trying to achieve.
To BENDEFRA: Here are the terms that we prepared to ffer (N.B. we have not yet discussed this with our allies, as we have been unable to reach them as yet. These proposals may be subject to change if necessary, but they represent what we are willing to accept).
1) For the duration of the negotiations, a cease-fire will be declared under which neither side will advance beyond their current positions, nor will they fire at the troops of either side unless they cross the cease-fire lines.
2) Holland will cede the Dutch East Indies to Germany.
3) France will cede the Congo to Russia.
4) Denmark will accept the terms offered earlier.
5) France will cede Central Africa, Chad and Niger to Germany.
6) France will cede it's remaining African colonies outside of Mauritania to Austria.
7) France will pay enough reparations to Russia and Germany to reduce it's economy to Prosperous for the next five years.
8) All BENDEFRA states shall agree never to go to war against Germany or one of it's allies without the express permission of both Germany and Russia, excepting cases of direct invasion or the imminent threat of such.
No restrictions shall be placed upon the internal affairs of the BENDEFRA powers unless they pose a clear threat to the maintenance of this treaty.
Once you accept point 1, we shall stop our advances, but if you accept point 1 you must also accept our occupation of those territories that we occupy, and cease supplying and encouraging rebels on those territories.
Germany - Military Actions:
In order to gain as much ground as possible before the cease-fire, German troops have begun a mass offensive in Africa, Europe, and Indonesia.
In France, only the southern coast is now outside German control, and even there the French army has almost collapsed. Partisan resistance is being mercilessly crushed, with citizens in particularly rebellious areas being relocated into camps to allow for closer survelliance of them. All food supplies have now been taken over by the army, and food distribution is now based on co-operation. These measures, while creating a great deal of anger, have successfully quelled mucy of the resistance. German facilitation of free emigration to anyone who wants it has also helped this process along.
In Africa, all of Chad and Niger are in German hands, with massive tank assaults having routed the French troops stationed there. Civilian resistors are being shot on sight, but those who accept the new rule are being rewarded with food and medical supplies.
In Indonesia, German landings in Java have taken many areas of the densely populated island, while German marines have taken control o hundreds of small islands effectively unopposed.
Finally, the German army has crossed the Russian border into the Ukraine to crush the communist revolt, and due to the lack of tanks, aircraft, and heavy weapons on the part of the rebels, have captured Kiev and much of the countryside. Loyal Russian troops have returned to keep order.
Germany - Projects:
Germany is beginning to industrialize the occupied territories in Africa in the same way as it did in it's own colonies. This process will be complete in 2 years.

Revolts all around
Russian workers keep rebeling all around the country, this time it was the city of Vladivostok that achieved the most, as the workers managed to capture every single factory in the city, and destroyed the port there. effectively destroying the main Russian port in the Pacific, workers and paesants keep rebeling also in the provinces of Kazakistan and Arzebaijian, here the rebels not only ask for the Czar to be deposed, but also to have their independence back
Rebellions spread in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas
As expected, evolts similar to the ones in Russia have occured also in Europe and the Americas, although they do not have they same power of the Russian ones, and all have been esily crushed by the local forces.
Only 4 of them keep going, and those happened in: Montreal, Canada, Britain, rebels there ask for the independence of Quebec; Luanda, Angola, Portugal, people there ask for Angola to be independent; Athens, Greece, Italy, rebels there ask for the independence of Greece and the rest of the Balkans as well, icluding the Ottoman and Austrian territories in the Balkan (other minor rebellions started also in Split, Croatia, Austria, Thessalonika, Greece, Italy, and Bucarest, Romania, Ottoman, but those have been quickly crushed by the local militia).
But the biggest one of all happened in Jakarta, Indonesia, Holland, the people there rebeled against the Dutch government as soon as the Germans landed in Java, and have acclaimed the Germans as their liberators, hoping that they will allow them independence.

Britain to U.S.:
That was completely unnecessary. The last time we let you off lightly despite your unprovoked agression, we now see that that was not a wise choice. If you do not withdraw immediatly we will not be forgiving this time. This is your only warning.
Britain to Quebec:
Fight against the U.S., if you do this you will be given greater local rule, be seperated from the rest of Canada as a member of the Commonwealth, and be given concessions the same as have been granted to India. If you roll over for the U.S., the results will be less pleasant.
Britain to all allies:
If the U.S. does not immediatly withdraw we ask that you sever relations with this warmongering and arrogant nation and cease traidng with their tainted goods. Military help would also be helpful.
With the quality of the military recently vastly improved, Britain is now also upgrading the sizes of the Army and Air Force as fast as possible without causing too much unrest or economic hardship. Army will soon be to Huge and plans are to continue upgrading it to Gigantic, similarly the Air force will progress through Large and Very Large. New weapons designs are being tested, and airplanes, submarines, and tanks are undergoing near-constant improvement. Forces from non-vital positions are being relocated to Canada, and reserves and local militias are being activated to take their places. The logistics for a massive coutner-campaign against the U.S. are being readied should they not back down. The British surface fleet is staying close to the colonies and protecting shipping and supply lines, but the expanding sub forces are moving in on the U.S. coast, preparign to engage the enemy navy.
