France has long been a sleeping giant, improving its economy, technology, and quality of life for its citizens and doing very little military expansion. Now, in the hour of need, the French people, so endeared to the government by their long years of prosperity, have risen up to fight the invaders. Newly developed weapons and equipment are handed to massive hosts of volunteers, who take up defensive positions. Mines, taken from the Chinese and reverse-engineered during the last war, have been planted all along possible invasion routes. Axis Tanks were surprised by this defense, and suffered significant losses. They are required to pull back while the infantry attempt to find a safe path.
The French navy, more advanced than the Russian or German, have not managed to break the blokade, but are successful in preventing addtional forces from landing.
The French Airforce has hit German Big Bertha artillery positions. Those big barrels make excellent targets for primitive bombs.

With Bolivian aid, the Paraguayan independence movement has successfully taken control of almost all of Paraguay and declared independence as the Republic of Paraguay.
Due to Bolivian and other attacks, the Argentinian navy has lost its control of Western Argentina. It has set up an interim government in Santiago and controls all of Chile.
In Argentina, with Bolivian help, the Socialists have made great gains.

Hey, I'm not the one who invented bombers, let alone bombers with long ranges. Anyway, I'll concede that we didn't attack your artillery, as I was not aware that they had that far of a range.

 Sorry, I thought I had a gigantic army already. So, I now have a Gigantic army Besides, it hasn't grown at all since the first year of the game, I think I'm entitled to the potential to grow just one step.

Submarines are somewhat prolific. I don't really need research to build something that third world countries have. Further, any tech that was invented and in wide use at this time by my country\allies in RL I can assume would be now.

After preliminary study, French scientists have concluded that the concept of detecting objects with radio waves is too complex for current technology. The project has been dropped.

Germany - Diplomacy:
To Holland: If you agree to surrender the Dutch East Indies to us, we will let you keep your other colonies and your independance on the same terms as Denmark.
To Denmark: We still await an answer. If it is not recived within six months, we will assume our terms have been rejected.
To Britain (in response to their message to russia): Thank you for this information. We shall make sure it does not ahppen again; our submarines are being used only against French ships, and those of other nations will be attacked only if they attempt to run the blockade. we suggest, though, that you caution your citizens against using ships under the French flag if they are going enar the warzone. We will try to be careful, but mistakes do happen.
To Argentina (secret): Be wary of allying with France. If they lose this war, all those who have supported them will suffer, including you if you do.
Germany - Military Actions:
The blockade of the Dutch East Indies has been an overwhelming success, cutting of Dutch forces there from supplies and reinforcements. Bali and Timor have fallen easily, and German troops are now landing in West Papua (aka Irian Jaya).
Dutch forces in their homeland have been completely overwhelmed by German tanks and artillery, with only the mass use of minefields slowing down the advance. Germany is now working on a modified tank with a flail on the front to detonate minefields. In the mentime, they are subjecting them to heavy bombardment to trigger the mines.
Finally, german and allied troops have made great progress in Africa, with most of the Congo now occupied, along with much of the West African coast.
Germany - Projects:
The German army is now fully equipped with repeating rifles, giving them a big edge over any army which lacks them.
The German navy is now making extensive use of submarines against French and Dutch targets.
The German air force has now added the dive bomber to it's list of planes, and is using them extensively against French troops and transport links. This has greatly impaired the capacity of the French military to to move around and defend the country.
The German air force will be upgraded to huge in 2 years.
The German tank industry is going full bore to replace all losses incurred now and to replace future ones. This has replaced all losses up to now.
Germany is also producing a new type of tank designed to clear minefields. It will be in service within six months.

- Russian on revolts
The workers of Russia are once again revolting against the despotic rule of the Czar, this time the revolt has been much more violent, and many many more people joined in, even little chunks of the army and of the navy.
The reason is that the Czar have drafted many men into the military service, even boys that are 16 or 17 years old, but the thing which sparked the revolt was when a young boy named Vladimir Dujokosky refused to be drafted, and was later captured and killed by the military police.
In his honour the revolters have called themselves "The Dujukoskian People"

- Dutch Navy strikes back
The Dutch Fleet that was stationed in Aruba, protecting the island, has now reached the Dutch East Indies, and attacked the German fleet there from behind, the Germans, attacked on two fronts, as the ships already in the Indies attacked as well from the inside, had to withdraw.

To denmark: You are hardly in any position to bargain. Those are our terms, you can take them or leave them.
To Italy (secret): We are currently making peace offers to the French, but you must understand that now that the war has begun, we will not end it until we are satisfied with what we're getting from it.
To BENDEFRA (other than Denmark)(secret): We are prepared to make peace with you and end this war, but you must surrender all of your overseas colonies to us, without exception. We have discussed this matter with russia, and they have agreed; we must sitll ask Austria whether they accept or not.
To Austria (secret): We have offfered peace to the BENDEFRA in exchange for all of their colonies, to be divided up between ourselves. Are you willing to accept the deal?
To Russia (secret): As always, we are prepared to help you crush the revolt, although it does make it imperative that we bring the war to a close ASAP, but we also suggest that you alow down your military buildup somewhat, or this will recur.
Germany - Military Actions:
German troops now control all of Holland and Belgium, along with much to northern and eastern France, with Paris under bombardment by German Big Berthas. Civilian resistance has been heavy, but the army is employing some of the counter-insurgency techniques devised in Denmark with substantial success.
Meanwhile, German troops have taken Central africa and southern Chad, along with Mali, Mauritania, and the nearby coastal regions.
Finally, the German navy in Asia, having recieved reinforcements from East Africa, has launched a counter-attack against the Dutch and regained naval superiority, and German ships in the area now greatly outnumber the Dutch. Contact has been restored with German troops already ashore, and the offensive has been renewed. West Papua is now under German control.
