I would sincerely hope there is more to this case than a bunch of books though, however. If we are imprisoning people like this it is a very slippery slope. Will I next get locked up for having a copy of The Communist Manifesto on my shelf? It's a grey area, and in itself this isn't enough to convict someone...I would expect there would have to be far more to it.

What the **** does a a top criminologist know about this.Criminologists study the behaviour of criminals and the causes of that behaviour.

Once more with feeling- It is not a criminal offence to be in possession of a book in the UK unless you intend to use that book to incite/prepare or otherwise support terrorism.

Oh and if I had to be arrested in any of the EU countries Greece would be near or at the bottom of my list. After seeing that trial of the plane spotters, you couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery.
