	New Sheepsta publicly announces that the war of LIBERATION has begun. Suffering from ads?

New Sheepstan Secretay has announced that war has begun amongst the peoples of the United Socialist States of New Sheepsta and the governments of Alecrast and Bulbagarden.

Now that New Sheepsta has commenced in earnest guerilla campagins and liberation measures we also offer proof of alleged New Sheepstan chemical and biolgical attacks as Alecrastian in nature.

First of all New Sheepsta is not permitted to have these weapoins under its own laws. It has never had these weapons nor has Sheepsta or any of its past governments wished for them. Nuclear weapons that fell into New Sheepstan hands as the new government attempted to prevent the occupation was sold off to the United States of Jasckson in a covert deal.

New Sheepsta has called this war a war for the motherland. Sheepstas citizens long oppressed by the imperialist and captalist ambitions from off our island have been called to the colours.

In the latest act of competent government, New Sheepsta has tracked down the evil genius Ew Bastard, that for a time capatlised on the reculseity of the New Sheepstan regime to forge alliances for his own terrorist program 'Holy Sheep' Holy Sheep being a religious organistaion has been banned as a myth to the proletariat by the true Secretay of the New Sheepstan regime.

Ew Bastard is being transfered over to authrities in the Republic of Centralis. We ask that they give him the maximum punnishement for being a traitor to his people, his legitimate government and to the region.

In the actual war itself openeing manovers deemed quite benefical for the New Sheepstan government. Alecrastian Rangers, otherwise known as Yokuzuwa Units were hunted down by the Revolutionary Guard and the KGB Special Ops units.

North and South Sheepsta have seemed to have suffered mass desrtions from their ideginous forces as they too take up arms for the liberation.

New Sheepsta would like to remind Alecrast that although the North Sheepstan regime had many freedoms, they were based on a corrupt system, supported by a corrupt occupier, and saw much of the economic wealth drawn back into Alecrast. New Sheepsta aims in its liberation, reunification to build the egalitarian society which many of the impovrished Sheepstan people pinne for. We shall succeed through our spirit and determination.

It seems like it is always sad times when I must come before you all. Tonight, I come before you to speak about the war on the Protectorates of North and South Sheepsta instigated by the paramilitary New Sheepstan forces.

I won't again refute their accusations against both us and against Bulbagarden. There is no need. The inspectors from the nations of Centralis, Karakas, Jackson and Wine, as well as from the main UN body, have all proved these to be false on many occasions.

What I will talk about is this seeming war of propaganda that the New Sheepsta leadership seems to like to play at.

Firstly, New Sheepsta has accused Alecrast of having used chemical and biological weapons on North Sheepstan civilians. While it is true that Alecrast have stores of both weapons, all our stores are present and accounted for. We are, however, planning to deply the "P Powder" Biological agent against the New Sheepstan paramilitary forces if it should become necessary. The "P Powder" agent, as you know, is a specially developed laxative for absorbtion through the skin. It was created during the rebellion in Centralis earlier this year by the Alecrast military, and is now sold globally by the military's quartermaster division as a way to raise necessary funds. It is actually available in chemists in Alecrast, Bulbagarden, and the protectorates, in the same way as any Laxative, and has proven to have no ill side effects. Of course, with the strength of the dose we plan to use, the New Sheepstan forces will be ruining their pants for days. And, to say the obvious, they won't be fighting either.

Secondly, New Sheepsta claims that it has no WMD's. Quite frankly, if they have WMD's or not is rather beside the point of this issue. The fact of the matter remains that they have demonstrated that they would be more than willing to use them if they had them. And the fact also remains that they are an illegal regime. No matter if the regional court rules that North and South Sheepsta are legally Alecrast and Bulbagarden protectorates or not, this "New Sheepsta" itself holds no legal claim to the lands.

As for the comments relating to "Ew Bastard"....we believe the New Sheepsta regime is, quite frankly, lying. They had no reason to stay silent. "Reculseity" is not an excuse. Even if they are recluse, why did they let such a person speak freely and make such claims. Claims, I note, that they themselves are now making. If he was a sock puppet of their regime or if they are a sock puppet of him, I quite frankly don't care anymore. Whichever is the case, New Sheepsta has gone too far with their attacks on North and South Sheepstan people. Perhaps they should be asking themselves who the true aggressors are when neither Alecrast nor Bulbagarden made attacks at them while the region deliberated on the issue.

Next.......I see Sheepsta still doesn't know the difference between the Elite Ranger units and the Yokuza units. Indeed, one must wonder if he is speaking the same language as we are. There is no such thing as a "Yokuzuwa" unit. In any case, I am glad to report that all of the news you've heard thus far coming out of New Sheepsta regarding the war is, rather unsurprisingly, lies. One must indeed wonder how they even thought it plausible that they could take on one of the most powerful militaries in Apolyton and make even a dent. Indeed, Ranger and Yokuza units are only now being deployed. The only units to have come under fire in both North and South Sheepsta at this point have been the native Sheepstan Brownshirts regiments, who were trained by the Rangers, and while they have suffered light losses, their losses are nothing compared to those of the New Sheepstans. As for desertions, it is true that they have been some, but only a very small number, barely in double digits, and it seems all these were "sleeper agents" who had been a part of the paramilitaries before they even tried to claim land for themselves. It comes as no surprise that they only revealed themselves now.

Oh yes, and one last message. For the idiotic fool in "New Sheepsta" who wanted to send me a personal message. We are not a corrupt system. We are not a corrupt regime. And all the economic wealth from Sheepsta was never drawn back into Alecrast. Alecrast's wealth however, has poured into Sheepsta. And despite what you might think, your regime is rather corrupt. People can be bought rather easily, and if the first Sheepstan war taught you anything, it should've taught you that Alecrast doesn't hesitate to bribe enemy commanders if it means a quick end to a senseless war with the minimum of civilian casualties. Your bodyguards, general, and ministers are not as loyal as you might think, and my only regret is that we never learnt your name so that I might personally carve it into the bullet that will soon rid the region of your insanity.

We too do hope this, however the fact that Alecrast seems to want to use WOMD on people they claim to help or the fact that they continually deny that Sheepsta should not be reunified under Sheepstan rule, not their own, leads me to beleive that this will not happen.

I earned the name "Archaic" for my unusual habit of leading the troops personally onto the battlefield. I ask nothing of them that I wouldn't do myself. The fact that my personal vehicle has never been hit even when we repainted it that one time to put a big bullseye on the top hatch has certainly inspired the troops.

In response to increase tensions in the region, the USJ is putting all of it millitary forces on alert. We are also sending 6 carrier battle groups, and 3 Marine Division. If things get out of hand the USJ will act to restore peace and order to the region.

Jack: Sheep has not agreed to mediation yet. It seems at the moment it would ratehr try it's luck against the Alecrast Military. The case will go ahead, but neither party is bound by the decision. However, it does give justification for the international community to act, on whichever side the judges deem is in the right.

In response to this escalating crisis, Centralis is now deploying 100 000 troops into North and South Sheepsta in an effort to keep the peace. They wil initially be under orders not to fire unless fired upon, but if the paramilitaries fire on them, they will be ordered to take the offensive. Take this as a warning.

GT: Is this necessary? I humbly ask you to reconsider, and remove those troops pending legal proceedings. I think Alecrast and Bulbagaarden are more than capable of defending myself, and your actions could be easily seen as hostile. If nations decide to send their troops into Sheepsta, Akiria will feel compelled to defend them. We do not wish to see any nations slaughtered, even if they are in the wrong. That is for the courts to decide.

New Sheepsta has announced that anyone helping Alecrast in their unlawful occupation of Sheepsta for their uranuim deposits, and to exploit the Sheepstan proletariat for the captalist schemes will be considered an enemy of the revolution and an enemy of the unification of Sheepsta.

While New Sheepsta will take effort in not attacking your soldiers, hell we want to work with you, we after all gave Ew Bastard to Centralian authorities, we cannot gaurantee that either Alecrast or Bulbagarden will kill some of your honorable men and blame it on the New Sheepstan forces.

The only reason why our troops would be in harm's way would be if you were to attack them. We will be investigating any attacks made on our troops to make sure we know who did it, so you need not worry that you will be framed for attacking us; if, however, you *DO* attack us, you can either turn over the troops responsible (*ALL* of them, including whoever authorized the attack and whoever should have preventd it but failed to do so) to be prosecuted, or else we will assume that you want to attack us, and we will take the offensive.

Again: the only situaiton in which it will make war more likely is if they are attacked, and considering that they are not there to fight against anyone, an attack on them wil merely prove that whoever did it was not interested in peace.

Given the recent statements by the so-called 'New Sheepsta', any attacks on Centralian troops by the paramilitaries will be classified as a deliberate act of war against Centralis. 'Collateral damage' is not an acceptable definition, for either civilian casualties or attacks on the soldiers of a non-belligerent nation.

If they are a non-bellgerent nation they would not be on Sheepstan lands effecting a unjust occupation. If they were a non-bellgerent nation they would be at home.

Therefore we can only assume that you are inleague with the occupiers in trying to control Sheepsta, against its wishes. Therefore we shall strike at anyone we see as a threat to Sheepstan liberation and reunification.
