	I'm Back and It's Pretty Good Suffering from ads?

For a few months after release I started several threads on this board just savaging the game

Hall of Shame

I tried, I really did

Did None of the Beta Testers and

Will There Be Anyone Who Cares

After the patch, I'm happy to say that most all of the problems with the game have been satisfied. I've been playing daily since the patch and am being thoroughly entertained (isn't that the whole point of playing a game?).

Thank you QSI, and if any of those original posts said that the game was unfixable, well I've already grilled my hat and the added salt and pepper made it slightly palatable

And yes, I will care about a second patch.

I wonder what happened to this one Ex-MOO3-Player who intentionally destroyed his MOO3-CDs and posted the pic with the CD-Parts here at Apolyton.

Maybe now, reading all those postings after the patch, he wished he had reacted somewhat more calmly

The patch doesnt fix the game for nearly everyone though...
I assume the guy who did that was a disappointed MoO2 fan, and regrettably the patch didnt adress any of the issues from that crowd...

Form what I read the patch really improves the game a lot if you can ignore that this game has nothing to do with MoO2...

My most serious problems though (Bad ship design screen, no refits, far too little control in combat) are still around and kicking, which is why I haven't even tried to play with the patch yet.

If I had done that to my CDs I wouldn't regret it the least bit yet hehehe...

glad you like it. i might give it another shot in the future, but it came out too late for me to give it another chance right now.

ron came out, and i'm actually enjoying that game... which i never did with moo3.

Glad you like it Paul. So far I've experimented enough to want to play more. Once I've finished Blitzkreiging or got bored of Eve I'm going to give it some serious attention again.
