Myself and much of my nations population being Buddhist, I'd like to be an independant party in the case that Tibet accepts Chinas offer.

We would like to announce that we have occupied more than half of the rogue state of Pakistan including but not limited to the cities of: Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Lahore, Jhang Sadr, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sukkur, Hyderabad, Islamabad, and Sargodha. We are quickly approaching the cities of Karachi, Queeta, Zhob, and Pshawar. We would like to offer Pakistan a surrender agreement as follows:
-Pakistan discontinues its support for anti-Hindu terrorists
-Pakistan disbands it's chemical weapons programs
-Pakistan cedes territory within a 30 miles of Afghanistan, Iran, or China to China if China would agree. If not, then this territory will be ceded to India.
-Pakistan submits to Indian monitoring teams
-Pakistan holds free elections as monitored by China (if willing) and India
-Pakistan denounces terrorism and pronounces a policy of religious tolerance
-Pakistan cede all territory on and east of the Indus river, as well as all territorial claims made on Kashmir by India.
-Pakistan allows an international inspection team to root out terrorists.
Failure to do this will result in the complete conquest of Pakistan.

There was arevolution in the WAF. The renegade army General Sheep ousted the cntrol of Govenor-General Sheep and claimed the creation of the National Socialist Federation of America or the NSFA. He took the title of Comrade Fuher.

We wish to rework this, as there are far too many laws which are too different to be compatible. And there are a few Chinese ones which we don't think would be good for our society.
That's why we want to remain as an autonomous region, keeping all our old laws concerning the social life of our citizens.. but we will introduce the Chinese one as well, and if there are some contrasts, than we will keep the Tibetan ones.
Also a further point we'd like to add.
The rapresentative/governor of Tibet shall remain the Dalai Llama, who will nominate his successor.

You must be fools, that would be reduce Pakistan to something roughly the size of Vatican City.
If you want peace this is our offer:
- We will cede India all of Kashmir and drop our claims on it.
- We will cede to India the territories east of line made by the Sutlej and the Hindu river (The Sind), including the city of Hydebarad.
- We will disbands all oru chemical weapons programs (and that means we will disband nothing)
- We will hold free and open elections, (as we have been doing since the birth of this country)
- We will allow any international monitorinf force inside Pakistan, but we ask the composition of such a force to include the AEU, WAF and Canada as well, should they accept.
- We will denounce terrorism (as we have done since ages)
If you don't accept this, than the world community will know that what you are doing, you are doing it only to enrich yourself. and surely not to "fight terrorism" as you stated.

War still going on
The Indian-Pakistan conflict still goes on, the Indian initial quick advancem however, was stopped by the Pakistani defensive lines all across the Indus river. After a quick encirclement the cities of Sialkot, Lahore, Jhang Sadr, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Sargodha, Faisabad and Gujranwala have been taken by the Indian forces.
Combined Indian and Russian raids over Pakistan's forces are however starting to tire off the Pakistani's defenses, and the Indian are gaining once again ground
In the meanwhile a Russian attack on the Pakistan's martian colony proved succesful, the people there, which thought of taking this chance to declare their own independence as well, greeted the Russians as liberators, which quickly swallowed down the whole colony, with almost no resistance.
The colonist renamed their colony to: People's Republic of Gulastan (OOC: they are commies). And are now asking Russia to recognize their independence, and possibly propose their entrance as a new CDA member.
(OOC: Remember Tassadar, I'm the mod so I'm the only one who can say what you took and what you won... yet i've included most of cities on your list )

Like the experts thought, Hurricane Isadore dissolved in a light breath of air before reaching the Japanese coasts
Moon Colonization open to the world
After the first little AEU base was planted, quickly over nations started a real "race" in order to send their man up on the moon as well.
Russia, India, Canada and the La Paz Pact managed to establish their own without much problems.
However the big costs of these sort of expeditions are not allowing for many more launches.
Brazilian Rocket crash on the moon
Brazil, as well as many other great world powers, tried to establish its own base on the moon, however a problem in the landing mechanism which didn't work properly, lead the rocket to crash into the moon surface.
About 67 people died in the crash, and another 84 are wounded or injured, and have been rescued by the AEU mon base authorities. The other Brazilian however started to work on the site where the Brazilian base will be placed, and soon the Brazilian flag shall wave on the moon as well.
Coup d'etat in the WAF
According to the latest news available a coup d'etat have occured in the WAF, General Sheep have taken control of Phoenix and have taken the power.
Given the confusion we are unable to give any other news about the WAF for today.
