We wish for the United States to enter into a non-aggression pact with my nation. I offered a 50 mile DMZ on both sides of our borders. What does the United States do? They have postioned themselves for the wish that they stil hold of reuniting the United States of old.

This is unacceptable. We are a soverign nation. When the United States wish to talk about a non-aggression pact we will sign, unless if it is bad. However if any other nation wishes to sign the non-aggression pact we have offered we will sign that as well.

We are allies with the USA, and therefore wish to enforce peace in the region.
Your firing upon our troops constitues a declaration of war under Indian law. Let history note we were not the aggressors here, but we will be the victorers. We shall not allow your military to enter the USA and enslave their people, for both the USA and India are democratic nations. We shall not let your fascism taint us.

To Russia:
NSFWA has shown their true intentions. They do not wish for a neutral zone, they wish to attack the USA and have murdered Indian soldiers. We request air assistence in this matter.

To the Indian People:
At _______insert time here_____, the former NSFWA attacked India because India began enforcing a neutral zone policy between the NSFWA and the rightful landowners, the United States of America.
I do not know why they did this. We were not attacking their people, settlments, or military installations before this. They expressed a desire for peace. I personally know the USA wants peace. However, there would be endless bickering between the two parties, therefore I took it upon myself to enforce this neutral zone. Any troops in the neutral zone without authorized consent from the other side would be detained or shot.
However, the NSFWA did not want peace. It was simply a phasod, a prelude to invasion. While everyones guard was down, they would launch a surprise and mass invasion. How do I know this?
I have been, for the past few days, talking with the leader of the NSFWA. I pretended as if I was interested in betraying the USA and joining with them. He unwisely told me of his intentions to invade the USA and he *demanded* that I go along with it or else he would destroy India. This is laughable of course, however I took these threats seriously.
I said I would not attack my ally. I was done gathering intelligence. I told him if he lay a finger on our ancient land...His nation will be completly and utterly destroyed.
He did not heed my warning. Therefore at this very moment hundreds of planes are firing upon his military installations. Millions of troops are leaving the neutral zone, capturing undefended towns and centimating his forces.
However, we will not fire upon civilians unless fired upon. Civilians include any diplomats inside or outside of his nation, or tourists. All tourists in India from his nation will be expelled, of course, but will be allowed to return to their nation. This is a right secured by them under the Geneva Convention and the Moscow Convention of 2021.
I give his nation a chance to surrender right now. All his forces lay down weapons and he cedes all territory to the USA and ceases to be an independant nation. From then, the nation will be under command of the United States government.
India has been attacked many times. From China, from Pakistan, now from the NSFWA....But we have triumphed. Our former enemy, China, has become our greatest friend. Pakistan is a threat no more...And neither shall the NSFWA be. India will guarentee her freedoms, and the freedoms of all nations of the world.

While I way not like your current government or like your seperation, I agree that Russia and India are going to far, we are the ones who should deside things like this not them, if we want war we should be allowed to have it. So I would agree to talks to work things out between us and maybe bring our nations closer together, hopefully to the point of rejoinning as one nation possibly as a federation.

We have already crossed the border because they have attacked US. We did not fire a single weapon until our troops were killed. We quickly smashed the division that killed 9 troops, however we are not the aggressors. They are.
We have wanted peace in this region for much time, however they have proven they do not want it.
India will make no territorial claims in America, and if the USA requests our forces will leave. We are simply there to protect America from this blatant form of aggression.
I am simply glad that we were there and prepared. Had we have not been there...America would be alone, and even it may have fallen to the evil forces of Sheep.

Under Indian Law "Bharat Defence", paragraph 18 subsection 21, it states that any attack on our troops in or outside of India will constitute a declration of war from the attacking forces barring any agreement by India with the attacking forces.

The stablishment of a city somewhere near our border as the federal capital. Our government still control our respective territoies and our armies are still under our command. However this American Union as you may call it will be resposnsible for all diplomatic and foreign relations, for our two nations. We could include also Canada and have a three way union.

Each government has a vote from its President or soveringn to the federation. It is with this we can start reuniting the American people together once again.

Comrade Fuehere Sheep has announced that he will namre hmself President of the reinstituted WAF, with a timetable for elections to recommence to be set out.


To India, Russia and AEU

We wish for you to leave North America and leave us alone. Any troops on our side of the border or in our territory will be captured and not returned. If they are killed in their capture that is only a problem you can worry about. We will not tolerate any nation interfering with our sovereignty.

To USA

Once elections are held in the WAF we ask that we start the constuction of a possible timeframe for intergration of our two great democraies back into the one. (occ: We will need to work a few things out. I will talk to you next time we are both on AIM)
