Now that war broke out, all our hopes for peace in America suddenly vanished and turned into shock.
But who started this war? Sources are hard to find, and most of them are biased or state-controlled. For us it seems as if our brothers of India have made a terrible diplomatic mistake.
We see no evidence that the WAF began the armed conflict, since they just gave a warning, when Indian troops began assaulting foreign soil.
The bombing of "major cities" is not agreeable. Since the situation is that tricky, India shouldn´t push the world´s public against her by committing civil warfare. We ask you, India, publically to retreat from American soil. Please do so, the world knows you can beat the WAF, but the wise leader knows how to use his power right.
My daughters Chang and Liu have left China today and began a short trip to the WAF. Should they be harmed by ANY military troops in that region it will be considered a hostility against diplomats and therefor a violation of the Genevan Convention. From the bottom of my heart I ask both India and Russia to reconsider their policy and return to their great homecountries.

What kind of aid are you thinking of? We won´t interfere militarily in this conflict unless we are attacked ourselves. The Indian nation is a friend of ours, and we have no claims on America, so our hands are tied. Russian deployment of troops in the USA is not acceptable, they weren´t invited by any party, and their stalinistic regime is a thread to the world. Should they act hostile in your country, this would give us a base to take actions upon.

We do not believe we are at any fault...However you are a close and trusted friend. Therefore, we are going to pull out of America completly.
I have made a great mistake attempting to invade the WAF. India was attacked, however we cannot go invade them without the backing of our friends for India is not served by going it alone.
However, they must be punished. As such, we are declaring a complete embargo against the rogue states of the WAF, and we are pulling recognition on them as an independant nation.
To the USA:
(Secret) I am sorry, however I do not have the international backing to continue the war effort. You are on your own.
ORDERS:
Begin a "fighting retreat"
Pull out of America completly.
Begin an isolationist foreign policy.
Slash aid to foreign countries in half.
Discontinue all unrequired imports (Eg imports costing India money without bringing many benefits)

Ha! We only lost one plane, as our airbase count will show, and we will not pay you a single American penny for any damages we incurred upon you. Quite frankly, you deserved it.
And Pakistan is not an affair that concerns you. I have listened to my ally of China, but do not push it.
Furthermore, if you declare war on Russia you will find even more troops crossing your border, even more missiles flying over your heads and even more (improved!) bombers bombing your installations and cities. Again, I have respected the wishes of China but Russia has always been a close ally. Any attack on her will be defended.
Push your luck and you will find we will continue to smash your military as we did in the war.
And your satellite pictures are of no use to us. Not only are your satellites severly dated, but you will no doubt forge them.
ALSO...You wish to hold elections? Then how about we have China monitor them to ensure that they are legitimate and you are not holding a gun to voters heads? I find it highly doubtful that you would overthrow your own government to a communist dictatorship and then overthrow it to a democracy.
To China:
Keep your newfound friend in check, lest he finds himself in another paradigm.
To Russia (Secret):
We must deal with the WAF problem. He will invade the USA, he has told me of this when I decieved him...

Thank you for ceasing hostilities with the WSA! This reconsideration of your policy shows the great wisdom and openmindedness of your leader! 
Please don´t leave the Asian University project! Your nation is one of the most advanced in sciences and has an old and rich culture the world shouldn´t miss at Kunming. Your wise men are welcome, even appreciated to continue participating in the joint project! We want the University to become an example for international cooperation and respect, please add the Indian part...
Furthermore we´d like to strengthen our relationship with the Indian people. What do you need? On a side note, our policy regarding the WSA is limited to a peace policy and trade relations, as we don´t want to go to war anymore. That´s the reason too why China is not a part of any international (non-Asian) alliance. We want to prosper in peace, as that´s the way Buddha chose for all people.

To Tibet
Your changes to the charta of reunification are mostly agreeable, besides two parts:
First, as Tibet would be part of the Empire again, the Empire (in a federal meaning) needs to have souvereignity of military matters. We assure you the following:
1) Never will hostilities start from Chinese ground ever again
2) No Tibetian will ever be conscripted or forced to guns
3) In case of hostilities, no Tibetian will need to join the war
4) The holy city of Lhasa will never be entered by armed forces
Our intent is to create an equal level of national (federal) security in all parts of the empire, so we need to station garrisons along the borders and on key points (except for Lhasa).
The second issue we´d have to agree about is the laws. Our reason for putting the Chinese laws on top of the Tibetian is to prevent Chinese individuals or companies to use more "eased" Tibetian laws to gain any advantages over their brothers in other parts of the empire. This only applies for penal law and business laws. Furthermore we need to have your insurance not to grant immunity to any criminals in Tibet.
About religion:
Both Tibet and China are mainly buddhist countries. We grant full tolerance for all religions as long as they don´t interfere with other people´s religions, such as conversioning. Each individual may chose it´s own religion except for those violating Chinese laws.
Does that satisfy your people?

Thank you for your compliments I was blinded for my protection of India that I did not consider my allies and for that I am sorry.
We are not pulling out of the Asian University! Our intellects are coming back because of a local conference called by the government on a re-assesment of foreign policy reviews. They should be back within (one turn). However unfortunately this is a government-only meeting, so I'm afraid your citizens cannot attend  However any input China has to give will be warmly welcomed and discussed!
And yes, there is something that we do need. Recently production of fish has dropped, and we would like to offer you a trade deal so that we can begin restocking our supplies until this situation is resolved?
Also...Soon, the Indian Independance Celebration will begin. We would like to invite you and all Chinese whom wish to come to Delhi to partake in this evening of culture and celebration!
To the WAF:
You are making a lot of enemies out of a lot of great powers. I highly recommend you lighten up on your foreign policy.
To the Asian University:
I would have no opposition to Russian intellects joining the University. They have a blend of both European and Asianic influence that would give a nice addition.
Not to mention their architecture would be glorious 
To China and Tibet:
India would like to propose the following:
-Tibet does not harbour Chinese criminals unless for religious reasons. In this case, India will mediate.
-Tibetan law will supercede Chinese law unless in cases of internal security, where Chinese law will supercede Tibetan law.
-The city of Lhasa will be declared immune to Chinese forces.
-Any Chinese forces caught violating Tibetan laws will be expelled from Tibet.
-If China itself violates Tibetan law, China will immediately pay reparations or lose all territorial, political, and economic claims on Tibet.
-Tibet will be allowed to retain its national identity.
-All Tibetans will be immune to conscription laws. However, Tibetans will still retain the right to join the Chinese army if they so choose.
India would also like to promote development in Tibet. We are giving 5,000,000 rupees for Tibet to spend in any way they wish whether it be on religious monestaries or whatnot.

Declare embargo against the USA
Encourage businesses to instead move to Russia and China instead of America. Spend 20Mil on this.
Ask god what my population is. (God, it must be above 2Bil. That's already been projected very shortly IRL....)
Issue government order to collect .01 rupees (1 cent) from each family per person in each family, (Should, at minimum, result in an immediate infusion of $20Mil. Isn't that NEAT? ) and ask (but make it optional) for families to donate $1 to the Indian government.
Create "Asian Development Fund", and invite all peoples of the world to donate. Do NOT use this money for any military reasons, but instead as a fund for the social and economic development of asian nations. Put $5 mil in this fund initially.
Increase education spending, and re-affirm commitment to an educated Indian populace.

New Other-People Policy a Hit with Indians!

The War the never was
Was it NSWAF fault.. or was it India fault, anyway the two nations have declared war on each other, and in the 16 days of fighting the Indian Air Force managed to damage the city of Salt Lake City, but always according to the official fonts lost an aircraft (although the WAF authorities claim to have shot down many more planes)
The war was stopped, mostly thanks to the tempestive intervention of the Chinese Diplomacy
The world thanks China for their effort of bringing everlasting peace to the humanity.
Indian-Pakistan War to an end?
According to our reporter sent to the region a big exchange of diplomats between Islamabad and New Delhi have occured, the Pakistani authorities are positive that the war will end sooner than expected.
In the meanwhile the Pakistan government have officially recognized the independence of Gulastan.
Indian advance to a stall
The Indian advance into Pakistan have been halted mainly due to the fact that the Indian government had concentrated a lot of their war effort to the American front.
The front didn't move for all those three months, and little shot were fired from either side... as if the two armies had agreed to a cease fire in order to let diplomacy do its job.
Chinese Rocket reaches the Moon
After being stopped by God (or Allah, or Buddha, or the spirit of Lenin , -insert your favourite god/goddess here-) Because he simply forgot about it, the Chinese finally managed to reach the moon and plant a base on its soil.
Also good news come from the Brazilian expedition, which, with the help of some engineers of other nationalities (mostly from the AEU) managed to create a fully functional Brazilian base as well.
Great Success of the "Indian Fundraising"
The Indian government recently asked it's people to donate money (as little as 1 cent INR) to the government in order to make more fund available for social and educational projects.
The Indian managed to donate a total of 6,7 Billion INR
WAF Economy collapsing
With more and more people joining the Armed forces the WAF economy is unable to support such a big military expenditure, especially given that with more people joining the army, there is less people that work to support the economy.
The great propaganda campaign to improve and upgrade all fields of the military have backfired (and was made worse by the Indian embargo)... and now the WAF Economy seems to be in a very big crisis that may result on recession if not solved properly and in a brief time.
New Boston Empire frees the economy?
The recent moves of New Boston seems to be working towards a liberation of the economy, Economic regulations have been lifted in a smart way and the economy is now slowly gaining ground, thanks to foreign and domestic investment
