Obviously I only raised the matter after it occurred to me that you were far too gracious to do so. It was only my fear of raining on Havak's and MikeH's parades that prevented me from mentioning the collapsed maul and early tackle. After all, no England sporting team has won a World Cup of any sort since 1966 and these two lads should be left to delude themselves for just a wee bit longer.

If the bloody Pumas ever get their backline organised they could do some real damage in this tournament! They have some quite talented backs who have absolutely no idea beyond running sideways passing between themselves, eventually either getting hammered or running into each other. Running angles doesn't occur to them. Nor even does running straight ahead. Quite bizarre.

So was mine. A long time ago. Back before the Tri Nations. I even backed them with Havak. Before I realised their forwards weren't as strong as I'd imagined, including only having one and a half quality locks.
