Why not?
There isn't so much difference really. Even in nature it is chaotic. best example the rift in the Atlantic. You have volcanic next to normal rifts as well as lava-rifts............

Actually I was using:
rift for normal rifts
lava for lava filled rifts
and Vulcano for Vulcano.
But ridge would be OK for me as well, although I don't know the difference.

I voted against my conscious and choose a but c was tempting allthough i dont think like banana milk shakes though. Now if you woulda said fill the sea with crates of bananas then well that would be a different story alltogether.

Looks nice.
The only issue that I can see is that the lava isn't apparent in a couple of "bends". Is that not lava rift... or are lava rifts graphically identical to regular rifts, in this case?
If they are, that might be a problem for determining where to put a city.
