There are three possibilities: Robespierre is also a Jacobin. Heck, he's the head of the Jacobins. It's also somewhat suspicious that he'd immediately vote for a non-Jacobin, despite the fact that Ljube has all but announced "The flogger is a Jacobin." Presumably, he's trying to deflect attention from the Jacobins just so that he can deflect attention from himself.
So my vote goes to Spiffor. Danton's still got his alibi intact (he might still be the poisoner, if it turns out that Franklin was innocent after all, but there's no way that he's the flogger unless Ljube is outright lying to us, and I'll sure be pissed if he's the poisoner), and it'd be kind of silly for me to vote for myself even if I were the mafia.

Spiffor for the reasons loinburger outlined, and because my Coin of Fate came up heads (you were tails, loinburger).
Though, for the record, I still don't trust Kalius.

Curious. We have a pretty rock hard case for Ben Franklin having been the poisoner, and I have a cast-iron alibi against being the sadist. If you have genuine suspicions about either of those things, let's hear it, because I'm an innocent man.
