I have already sent a pm to him. It seems not many people is aware of this issue. It does not happen often also.
I wonder if that might have something to do with my WinXP operating system, exe file I have and overall not-acounted other matters. smax is freaky at times

It can be actually checked by others too. Just check this having both files from Gaians - 2148 and 2148 altered.
But if you were supposed to maybe play the turn, that maybe you could do it later.

This is what I did. I wonder how much it had to do with the fact that before I got altered turn, there were two mid saves:
I got ...angels-2148 from Chaos theory
I loaded and saved a mid-game ...angels-2148-mid1 then quit
I loaded mid-1 and saved mid-2 then quit
I received altered ...angels-2148a.zip from Chaos theory
When loading that altered one I got reload message. I saved mid-3 from that.
I loaded mid-3 (and received yet still reload message) and generated mid-4 then quit.

Ok, I will send the turn to you, and also post it here.
This is list of things to do:

2148
1. Accept the offer from Gaians, they posted pre-accepted Loyality and Mobility. It is crucial here.
2. We still seem not be decided if go for Doctrine Flexibility with switch or Adaptive Economics. See infotrader thread for this.
3. The same undecided if pre-accept or leave negotiated Doctrine Loyality transfer to Spartan Federation. I would go for posting pre-accepted Doctrine Loyality in Spartan commlink - just in hope they will not play tricks on us and for future good relations. But in fact it is risky... It is also crucial to transfer or post this technology for Spartans. I have already announced in Spartan-Angels forum they will get it, but I have not wrote if it is going be negotiated or pre-accepted.
Unit movements:
4. The rover and 2 probe teams - move to the rocky tile in direction of Hive base.
5. The second rover currently near Hercules Station. I think that it might be better to wait until the mindworm two tiles north goes out from the fungus and attack it in 2149. Thus maybe that rover would go to north-west direction to 19,53 for better pre-attack position in next turn.
6.Formers - you may decide. these are mine proposals, alter these if you see fit:
- 1 former to 15,67 to make a road there
- former at 18,68 start plant forest
- 1 former to 21,65 to start road and later forest there.
- 2 formers to 22,66 to start farm there - we have Gene Splicing already.
- former from 21,53 to 21,51 to build road there
- 2 formers near Veres Loft move along the road south west and start farm.
Crawler from Veres Loft move to north west and crawl mineral or nutrients from there. We agreed with Hercules that we need to move it west to use it for next SP - it has quite distance to travel then, so we do not put it on the mine north east.
BASES
Enigma machine - start crawler
Veres Loft - start crawler
Put stockpile in queue where needed...
Hurry:
Googlieplex crawler to full minerals

One more thing, Makahlua, Two bases will get a growth in 2149. Would you expect drone riots? If yes - put a doctor there for this turn only we will get the situation fixed next year.

Also some other thoughts on possible trade of Ethical Calculus. How about it:
Ethical Calculus without embargo from Spartans
Progenitor Psych and Adaptive doctrine from Angels - after we have PEG.
Both techs even without PEG are a great adavantage. They give two sea improvements: aquafarm and thermocline transducer, usefull where there is a lot of sea around a base. But first and foremost it is needed for Planetary Economics, which has hybrid forest, subsea trunkline, Ascetic Virtues and increases commerce. If both techs are not equal for Spartans to Ethical Calculus, then they really value it maybe excessively.
What do you think, am I right in this estimate?

I just noticed Ouro's signature has the message
Ambassador of the Gaian's to the Data Angels.
Now he may or may not be and maybe he's had this in his signature for quite a while. But it does give the Morgans an extra bit of imformation.
Here's how I see it with some guesswork:
DataAngels comms with Gaian's, Spartans and Hive
Gaian's have comms with Data Angels, Spartans, Hive, and one other?
Spartans have comms with Data Angels, Gaians, Hive and Morgan.
Yang has comms with Data Angels, Gaian's , Spartans and Morgan
Morgan has comms with Spartans and Yang, ............Gaians?
Anyhow Morgan can surmise from Ouro's sig that the DA and Gaian's have met and are buddies.
However maybe at this stage it doesn't matter.

There is also some other possibility. As rules state retro-engineering is allowed. We might probe a hive unit. We might loose some units for "softening" it a bit. I believe that heaviliy damaged units should be very cheap to convert. Thus we might have Impact speeders this way. Good for defense. on field.

Gaians asked about status of our talks with Spartans. Iposted short note. I hope it wouldn't be inappropriate in any way - I do not reveal any crucial details there.

An important proposal from Illuminatus. They have not agreed for it yet, but already it was submitted to us:
