The Nautius Jets over the Abyss sea were responsible for the hunting of a gaian IoD a year ago. They have since been removed as their mission was completed.
The Nautilus Empire has also broken their pact with the Human Hive due to the the unauthorized use of Imperial bases for hivean military purposes.

For the first time in decades, citizens of the Nautilus Empire are at relative peace. The war with Lady Deidre's forces are over, and the former citizens of her rule are being welcomed into the Nautilus Empire with open arms. Everywhere, work efforts are switched from war time to peace time as new schools, homes and various other civic buildings have begun constructed.

The diplomat turned and left the room.
Elevea turned back to the viewscreen, checked again the graphics
on it and started muttering again.
Now we'll just have to wait 'till the Provoost deems a response
necessary. I really hope he's not too upset about me doing this...
She sighted once more, and added: But it really is necessary,
considering the continuous violent situation on Planet!

and thinks Chairman Yang is about to surrender to the combined
forces of the Data Angels and the Kingdom.

The Atlantean Government wishes to know the exact worries of Planetary Governor Rubin, so responses can be made accordingly.
Are her present whereabouts of concern?
Does her hostile stance towards the faction(s) which tried to obliterate her worries Dr. Rubin?

Today, the Department of Justice announced the conviction of
Sabin Runkis on the charge of high treason against the Kingdom
according the Act of the Realm during Wartime.
According to the trials' report, Mrs. Runkis ordered accomplishes
within the Atlantean intelligence department to intrude on
Nautilus territorial waters, enter a high-security Nautilus
prison compound and release the prisoners present there.
Also, theft of high-grade military material, a former unit and
colonizing material was one of the charges.
The final charge was that a batch of clones, stocked for
destruction for reasons of random genetic malfunctions,
was handed over to the released prisoners and transported
out of the Kingdom.
The penalty of conviction on these charges is execution by drowning.
Next to this, the Pacifist League is acclaimed an Enemy of
the Realm, and it's members are open to arrest and trial as well.
The executive core of this conspiracy, the ex-intelligence
members infiltrating one of the Nautilus bases and handing over
the Kingdoms' possessions, are mainly reported to be on the run.
Some of them have been captured, and interrogated.
The main defense the caught offenders brought forward was
the personal loss of their colleagues due to Nautilus diplomatic
meddling in the war between the Kingdom and the Human Hive
some years ago and, in case of Mrs. Runkis, humanitarian reasons.
