An excerpt from a copy of memo distributed to the Angels military staff regarding an anaylsis of the current war effort

This is attributed to the fact that the Human Hive is now in two fronts war and had to divert units from the Hive-Angels front to Hive-Altantis front due to the vigorous Altantean harrassement there. Meanwhile, the aeral force is expected to receive two or three fresh squads of Raphael class aircrafts which will increase the Angels' capability to launch strikes against the Hive's military. The major concern facing our military is the fact that Hive is producing their own aircrafts. a RAF reconnaissance 'chopper has confirmed today that after
last years' fierce battle around the base the Hive invasion army
is scattering. The threat to this base is not completely over yet
but war production in the Data Angel faction is finally coming to
a steady speed and is now able to replenish losses in battle.

Rumours are that Military Command here is already drawing
plans for retaking of Hole of Aspiration and Alphaville, the bases
lost to the Hive only a few years ago.

Also, the local Intelligence community here appears amused
with the Royal Intelligence liaison officer, but no comment for
the reason can be obtained sofar, neither from the Data Angels
nor our own officer on The Spot.

I again tried to transfer an aircraft to Barinthus... still no luck. Instead Sankis now has control of the aircraft, perhaps he'll have more luck with a transfer. I don't know if the renamed Angel aircraft is the cause but it is a possibility.

Hive units continue to flock toward the Angels' bases but with the air superiority on the Angels' part, their military has been able to keep Hiveans away from the Spot. The RAF also play a big part in this endeavour. The High Command is determined that the enemy will not breach the Devil's Gates.

New Dunedin, MY 2202.0903

Today a joint assault consisting of units of the Royal Air Force
and the Royal Navy have taken the former capital base of
the Hive. Casualties were minimal among the local civilians
and our own forces, while Hive defenders were destroyed to
the last man.

As to avoid a counter assault by Hive forces from deeper inland
were simultaneously airstrikes performed on the surrounding
Hive bases. This operation was succesfull as well and no
immediate threat is expected to New Dunedin, as the Kingdoms'
newest acquisition is now called.

the area again and destroyed a new colomn of Hive invaders
on their way to the base.
